These offered to find a short term loan for me, took my bank details, then started charging me £25 a month! At no point was this apparent during the process. Fraud team at Barclays recovered the payment for me.

Very poor service. I got a loan and they informed me I had to get this as part of the agreement. I wasn’t aware I would be charged for this, and I thought it was a one off check. Very sneaky way of getting money from people for what is, truly a pointless service!!! Wouldn’t refund my £24.99 due to a 14 day cooling off period which is shocking when it’s not clear they will be charging you. Bad company, do NOT go any where near them!

Absolute scam! Out to get people in hard times, disguised as “payday loan brokers” you apply for a loan, that doesn’t exist then instead of getting your small loan, mine was for £50 to get medication for my son, I was refused a loan and charged £24.95 two weeks later, definitely never accepted that.
Then when you phone the customer services, you get a very dodgy call to an overseas person, potentially AI as we went round in circles. Then they abruptly hang up with no resolve. How do places like this still exist!! I will pursue this until the leadership team are behind bars! Disgusting ethics from scum!!

I was searching for a small loan. I never signed up to anything, I only put my details in as I was applying for said loan. No mention of an on going subscription service.
They took a payment, I cancelled through my bank, however they have recently taken another payment!

I was Looking for a loan, somehow I ended up with re-occurring card payments coming out of my bank account from surecredit . A previous direct debit had been set up from the original website that I applied for the loan from. These companies set up the payment requests stating “administrator “ or “credit checks” when in reality they are just scammers who steal your data and sell it to third parties, as well as taking money from your bank which you have not signed up for. They are preying on vulnerable people who are already looking for loans because they are struggling. Stay away from these companies and anyone on the internet who is offering you something for free.
