The product is nice, but the delivery is terrible
I ordered a sleeping bunny for my niece and received it today. The product came as I expected, but I'm not satisfied with the delivery, because it came in a regular bag and I had to pay extra for delivery even though I paid for shipping to Poland (That is, the shipping fee charged twice) Besides, I waited for my order for a very long time, over a month, and I really didn't like your attitude towards the customer when I wrote that a month had passed and I hadn't received my package and I ask for a refund if I don't get it. No one replied to my message.

Your parcel was shipped from London to Poland within 3 days from your order. The long waiting time was caused by customs procedures in your country, which unfortunately are outside our control.
Regarding the packaging, your order did not include the gift-wrap option. We offer this as an extra service on our website, so your item was sent in our standard packaging.
About the additional payment: this was not a second shipping fee. It was the customs duty required by the rules of your country for international parcels.
We also apologise if you felt that your message was not answered. We always try to reply as quickly as possible, and we are improving our support service to avoid this in the future.

I ordered a giraffe and rattle gift set on 14th July but was lost in Evri transit. Luka from customer support was very good and looked into it for me and then had another one made quickly and delivered by DPD. Arrived today in lovely gift box and both are lovely and very well made
Excited to give it to my son and girlfriend who are expecting their first baby

After purchasing a product for Christmas, it arrived and was not as expected. However, the team at Joy Gift London offered me a full refund and a replacement after raising this issue with them. Very good customer service and friendly staff.

Ordered a personalised item with next day delivery, both at an additional cost. Company provided no updates untill I reached out, then said they have been busy we will contact you once ready. They did not, 2nd contact magically the item was ready and I would be sent a tracking number. That took an additional 2 days. Then nothing no contact untill I requested a full refund, which they said of course! No refund given no correspondence again.
Do not use. Other companies doing the same thing would be a better shout.
