Infotainment system. Good quality, quick, helpful
I purchased an infotainment system fo retrofit in a jaguar. The company is based in China and the communication was over WhatsApp in English. The sales team were communicative and helpful (Kevin). They helped me confirm the right unit to buy. They delivered the package quickly using a tracked dhl parcel service. The unit is very good quality. The instructions for installation were ok and my local garage fitted it for me. I had a technical issue and was referred to their tech support (Jack) who helped sort out the issue. I am in Europe and was a little worried about buying an expensive item over a foreign website and WhatsApp. At least with this company they were highly professional and trustworthy with an excellent product.
