The KYC is impossible. How yall gonna tell me the address listed on my DRIVERS LICENSE is not found anywhere.

The KYC was a total hassle. But I will say my first redeemable win was on day 1. 100 dollar minimum with push to debit. But I was met with another hurdle of having t o verify again and submit bank statements. Overall easy to navigate platform but is the juice worth tbe squeeze. Maybe not.

Stefan from customer service was great. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to redeem when they ask to verify the payment methods I'd purchased with because I made a purchase with one of my cards that I didn't physically have due to it being broken but Stefan was right there to help me get the proper images sent over so that my payment method could still be verified and my redemption request approved!!! This site all the fun games you love to play. A hit or miss on the customer service. Overall though it was satisfactory. I had a small issue and it got resolved on my third try of contacting them. Stefan is the man. When it comes to redemption it is just like all the other sites. You have to verify your card/s and in less then 24 hours you get what you redeemed. Very excellent customer service by Jeremy. They have a VIP transfer program, so I will update review when I get word on the completion. KYC was fast and easy. Sign up bonus is good. It has a very similar feel to Coinz.us if you enjoy that site. I'm excited to see the developments to come.

I had a slight issue with the kyc but I reached out to support and Evie helped me right away and got my issue resolved, my redemption approved and it was in my bank account within the half hour. Stay away from Websites that cannot provide a clear redemption time frame.
Some people get their redemptions in 10 mins … others have to wait 3-4 days. Even with debit card redemptions.
Stefan led me to believe my redemption would be processed quicker if I verified my card and purchase. So I sent the necessary information. Still no redemption.
But when my friend said she would promote if she got her redemption.. it was sent instantly … so it’s a picking and choosing website and leaves a bad taste on my tongue.
Don’t recommend. There are tons of other sites with actual instant redeems. Not just to who they favor.

Sign up bonus is practically nothing. That being said they have great deals. RTP on hacksaw is pretty high. Not so much on others. Customer support is live and a real agent. I would have given them 5 stars but my redemption that was over 200 was delayed due to "higher than usual" requests. That statement is used by all casinos stalling hoping you'll cancel and play the money back. Anytime redemption is sent to a debit card it should be no longer than 2 hrs. Its been 6 hrs and still waiting. If i receive my redemption before midnight cst ill update to 5 stars

any site with 92% RTP on hacksaw is mehhhh. They usually will pay out but use the 8% house edge as a way to make sure people loose at first. If you play hacksaw I would wait until they change to at least 94% RTP. You would think a brand new site trying to compete with other sweepstake sites would do at least 94%. I wont even touch 92% its too bad.

The platform(online casino) really deserves a 4.85 / 5 all considering. The site has a top tier selection of slot/live table providers when comparing to all other sites/apps Ive used/played on; and no joke Id say Im registered on likely 50+ other online casinos.

Also, did someone mention VIP transfer?! Like I said before the only reason why I didn’t make this review a five out of five stars is because the starting free SC is only 1 SC and I feel like with how enticing this site already is, if the starting amount was like 5SC on sign-up and 5SC after verification or something like that; I’d simply have no choice to rate the site five out of five hands-down!!

Just as I promised to customer service, ( no they didn’t ask me to review, this is all me) that I would review this platform because I am a huge reviewer. I read reviews I write reviews mainly because customer service experience is more important to me because I’ve worked in that industry before.
First of all the platform itself is very easy to maneuver. I already understand the whole platform where everything is the KYC verification was simple easy fast. I got a decent sign on bonus with a daily scratcher that got me a $200 redemption and that red redemption was in my account within that hour I actually talk to customer service and asked if it was a instant redemption platform and she said that it could take up to three or four days. And the second that I closed the chat, I got a notification that my redemption was approved and in my account already. Great job to this platform and everybody involved you guys did really good. I hope that it doesn’t fall like other platforms have in the past. Keep up the great work my new fave for sure 1000% recommended to everybody.
