Positive reviews are from customers getting discount so not genuine
Found out earlier today that some people are being given discount to give positive review on here. This put me off purchasing from here. It would be better if positive reviews were legit. I then read other review about packaging being unsafe and someone saying they were poisoned. It is scary enough injecting a medicine into our bodies. I think i will leave it.

We would also like to clarify that your review states you did not purchase from us (“This put me off purchasing from here” and “I think I will leave it”). As such, this does not appear to reflect a direct customer experience with our service.
We categorically reject the suggestion that reviews are not genuine. Promotional codes may occasionally be offered as part of standard marketing activity, however reviews are always voluntary and reflect customers’ own experiences.
The comments regarding packaging and alleged incidents also appear to reference other reviews rather than any experience of your own.

Hi! The pen arrived 4 days after the order was placed. It was a little confusing as I didn’t recieved any shipping details until the 3rd day. But all great and the price is very competitive. I have recommended the company to a friend today. Thanks

I would have given 5 stars but the delivery driver says he tried to deliver on the Thursday said he wouldn’t try again till the Tuesday I was unhappy with that. However when I contacted Jood they immediately sent a replacement which was very good customer service would use them again due to the response
