I was able to design my own blue plaque on Jonny's Sister's website, and submitted it for manufacturing. It was delivered quickly in just a few days by post, and is really, really good - even better than I had hoped for. I have no hesitation in recommending your service. Thank you so much!

Ordered an item (blue plaque) about 4 months ago still nothing although payment was taken. Ordered a replacement from a reputable company received it in 5 days. I gave Johnny's sister 1 star rating because there wasn't a zero star rating option. Amusing reply from Johnny's sister. If theres anything more we can do to help you. Took the money processed the order delivered nothing. Asked for a review of the service several months later. I've paid £40 or so for a few emails and no product and you ask if Johnny's sister ask if theres anything more they can do to help. Didn't do anything to start with. Very amusing

Awful company. Horrible customer service. Please avoid. I placed an order which I then contacted customer service to cancel less than 5 minutes later. They refused. Charged me and sent me an item which couldn’t be gifted and went straight in the bin.

I made an order for next day delivery almost 2 weeks ago - an item that was due to be a present for my Father-in-law's 90th Birthday. I have yet to receive the item or an update, despite chasing through multiple emails and their chat function. It's entirely unacceptable and feels like I have been scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I will be seeking further recourse.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and admiration for the exceptional customer service I received from Hayley. My friend had previously purchased a print from your company for me, which held immense sentimental value. During a recent breakup, my ex-partner refused to return it.
Desperate to replace this meaningful item, I contacted your company, despite seeing on your website that the specific print was no longer available. I was holding onto the deepest hope that it might be possible to reprint it, and honestly, I would have paid any amount to get that picture back.
Hayley was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond, putting in a tremendous amount of legwork for me. She was consistently kind, attentive, and incredibly understanding of the difficult situation I was in. I spent nights crying, and her prompt and empathetic email exchanges truly left me in disbelief at the level of your company's customer service.
Not only did Hayley manage to locate the print from your archives, but she also recreated it with the exact same personalization. What truly blew me away was that she did all of this as a goodwill gesture. Her act of kindness was extraordinary, and it made me feel so incredibly lucky.
Thank you again for such a positive and deeply meaningful experience.

My order was confirmed on June 29, I haven’t received it, haven’t received any updates. Have emailed and their email address bounces back. I have DM’d on insta and no reply and used their chat bot and nothing. So disappointed. Have lost out on money spent. Very annoyed. Will be reporting further.

Dreadful. We placed an order on 19th May for £136 (Order #JSN6834) which was required for an event today (29th May). Order hasn’t come, zero communication from them, phone permanently engaged, no replies to emails, contact form, Instagram account etc. If you are reading Jonny’s Sister can we either have our money back or can you let us know when we might expect delivery?

I placed an order with Jonny’s Sister on the 12th of May (Order #JSN6748) for a gift and, weeks later, I have still not received anything. I’ve emailed multiple times requesting an update and have heard absolutely nothing back. Email appears to be the only way to contact them, which makes the radio silence even more frustrating. I’ve also sent a message via Instagram, but again—no response.
This was meant to be a special gift and the complete lack of customer service has been incredibly disappointing. At this point, I have no idea if I’ll ever receive my order or a refund. I would not recommend this company at all based on my experience.

Have tried contacting them via website, Instagram, contact number and email address.
Have had zero response! Poor customer service! Purchased something for my wedding anniversary and still not received it nor even an update. Will not be using again!
*UPDATE*
I received an email from a member of the customer services team. Very nice person called Keny! They apologised for all the issues, offered me a % refund on the item and sent a replacement out straight away for next day delivery which I got the next day!
Product was very good and my wife loved it!

I have not received my order - according to Royal Mail the package was not labeled with an address so was unable to be delivered. I have tried numerous times to contact them via FB, email, and their website, and had no response. I found a telephone number but this is permanently engaged. Their sister company, the Koin Club, also appears to have closed down phone lines. Appears to be a scam.

I paid for a gift on 1 April and despite numerous e-mails seeking information to support@ and customerservice@ I've had zero response. The gift is for a birthday this coming Sunday. There is no contact number and the landline quoted on other sites is out of service.

Order a personalised jumper for my wife for mother day.
They never collected the vest or send me a label to send it to them.
£63 I paid for this item, I regret deeply not paying with PayPal as I will now need to claim this through my bank and it will take months to get my money back if I manage to get it back.
If you dont want the same experience, just avoid the company, unfortunately I believe the majority of us got to those reviews after purchasing and not before.
Take care, and avoid this scam.
Company mentioned the sent the instructions on how to deliver the baby grow, they didn't.
I asked them to return the money, they haven't answer the email neither.
There is no single aspect of the company legit.
One more time, avoid it.

Quality is very poor for the price. I ordered a pink jumper with a cow and my daughters name embroidered. The jumper is really poor quality and so is embroidery. Would look else where especially if it’s a gift for someone.
