Jonesmoves Ltd Omdömen

Absolutely brilliant family team from Jones Moves. The guys were quick, efficient and very accommodating to anything we needed. I've heard and read the horror stories when moving but honestly, I couldn't fault anything. Just seamless from start to finish.

Highly recommend them. I look forward to using Jones Moves on the next move!

Hiring Jones Moves made our move so much easier! The guys were prompt, quick and efficient, they managed to load up most of the contents of our flat in under two hours and then deliver it all within an hour. So much smoother and easier than if we'd tried to do it ourselves. Thank you!

Jones Moves were incredible at rescuing us from a no show from another firm, but even without that the service provided cannot be faulted in any way.
We contacted Jones Moves after a removal company of ours failed to attend a pre-arranged booking at the last minute. They were nothing but helpful in the various communications during the relevant day where things were moving quickly, both on our side with the movers who failed to attend, and their side with the potential cancellation we were possibly able to fill.
I cannot thank Rosie enough for her regular, helpful communication and complete patience and understanding of the situation. When our original movers finally confirmed they had rebooked us for the following day I thanked Jones Moves for their help and that they would not be required. Following our removal company then again failing to turn up for a second day running I was able to book Jones Moves to bail us out. Within 2 hours they had mobilized a team with all packing materials and they were in my flat packing everything up. Within a further 4 hours they had completed the packing, removal to the new address and unpacking of the lorry- including a disassemble and reassemble of an outside table.
Every single item was wrapped properly and with care, not a thing was broken, scratched or damaged (with many fragile items being packed and moved) and at all times the team were professional, polite, courteous and incredibly efficient.
I cannot thank Jones Moves enough for bailing us out of an awful situation due to another company's failure, but notwithstanding that I cannot praise highly enough the quality of service given, let alone the fact it was arranged in only a couple of hours notice.
These guys have been fantastic and will be recommended as far and as wide as I can.

Really great company, I can’t rate them highly enough. Everyone I dealt with (Rosie on email and phone and the team who came to do the move) were all friendly, efficient and professional. When the completion time kept getting pushed back the team we accommodating and calm. I am so grateful they were all there to help because they made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
When we finally got into the new house they were quick and efficient with unloading the van and made sure everything ended up in the correct room, even after I changed my mind. They were careful with all my possessions and everything arrived in perfect condition.

The whole team at Jones moves were amazing, I would highly recommend them. Rosie, who manages the bookings is friendly, efficient and was helpful and accommodating as our move date kept changing. We went for a packing service. Liam, Casey and Aaron were really friendly guys who clearly take pride in a job well done. They packed up our belongings with care and had the job done in half a day. We’re now in our new home and all our belongings have safely arrived. The price was very competitive too, with no hidden fees. Thank you Jones moves!

An excellent service from start to finish. We are typically inclined to arrange things like this ourselves, but between being pregnant, moving our belongings from London to Warwickshire and into storage, and a midweek move when we were both working, we decided to use a removal company. We are both so glad that we did! A true family-run business, from the start Rosie was great in helping us to organise exactly what we needed, even when plans changed along the way. We provided videos of our property and belongings and the team were able to work out the level of service we required, and also the space that would be necessary for storage. The team were always at the other end of the phone ready to answer any and all questions and both the pre-pack and the move itself went incredibly smoothly. All of this with a smile and at a very competitive price. We would not hesitate to use JonesMoves again and to recommend them to others - thank you!

Arrived on time, friendly and professional. Was impressed on how quick it all went, especially as I was moving from a second floor flat. Plus, the price was reasonable. All round great service. Will use them again.

This is the second time we've used Jones Moves in the last year. Both times have been excellent - very friendly team who work very efficiently and quickly. They've recently moved us from London to Yorkshire and would highly recommend. For the service, it's great value for money.

Excellent service from the start. Clear communication and quote received quickly. On the day, the team were great - nothing was too much to ask. They took apart and rebuilt some key pieces of furniture. Efficient, polite and hard working! I would highly recommend!

Brilliant service, I would certain use again! Rosie is very responsive with communications, very fast, and the team (family-owned business) is excellent - very diligent and fast.

Jones Moves are THE BEST in the business by a long mile!!! From the start speaking with Rosie who was absolutely amazing corresponding and allaying my worries, to the 3 fantastic guys that came on the day, I couldn’t have asked for a better service! The whole experience was just simply fantastic! Rosie, please thank the boys and to you for an amazing job well done! I have already sent your website links to a couple of friends. No more removal comparison for me, it’s Jones Moves every time!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. Lovely guys, did a throughly professional job. They packed the van perfectly, and there was no damage despite a lot of plants and soft objects. They even managed to get our sofa down some stairs and into a door that we were sure was too small for it. Would 100% recommend to anyone

A comparison site gave me two options for removal services and Rosie was very sweet and helpful in her communications and being as they were local and family run (as well as competitively priced) it was a no brainer to use them. Moving is always stressful, especially when you’re on your own, but the guys made it all very easy coming in and taking away and bringing it all back at the other place. They were friendly and courteous and I'll have no hesitation in using them again.

Jones Moves did a brilliant job helping us move house. They arrived promptly and moved our belongings very quickly. They were considerate and took care moving our belongings. This is the second time we have hired them and i would definitely recommend them.

Rosie who took the booking was so helpful and very patient, moved me on bank holiday. The guys were extremely helpful and friendly very careful with my belongings. Put everything in the correct places, I would highly recommend this family business. So reasonably priced for such a top notch service.

Jonesmoves is an excellent family run business, everything went well starting with the booking process to the actual move. Rosie is a delight and smoothly organised everything. The Jones boys were competent, polite, helpful and took the stress out of our move. We would definitely recommend them and go with them for our next move.

From start to finish the process was simple, all communication was by email and response was swift, Rosie even answered a query late Sunday night. The guys were polite, efficient and considerate when moving our items. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and the fixed price was good too. Thank you Jones Moves.

Jones Moves is a great company, from booking to moving the team was very efficient and professional they made my move a stress-free experience.

The moving team was quick but careful and I felt my stuff was in safe hands.

I highly recommend them.

Jonesmoves company is a fabulous family business to work with. The service is impeccable. First of all, Rosie is a communicative, responsible, and detail-driven professional. She helped me arrange things quickly, and also solved my last-minute issues with patience and efficiency. Secondly, the guys who helped me are exceptional. Last but not least, their fixed rate is cost-efficient and worry-free. It beats any other companies who charge by hours. They are polite, attentive, approachable, hardworking, and professional. They moved my one-bed home from West London to East London for less than 2 hours. Yes, I would definitely recommend Jonesmoves to anyone who needs the service. I wish success to them, genuine and quality family run business like this one deserves all support and recognition for the excellent service.
