Not even a one star. Total scam company. This needs taking down. Shoddy goods. Wrong size. Offered 30% of the purchase price back instead of me sending the goods back. ( and that’s a con as you have to pay for the return with all the labels etc, only my 2 jumpers had no labels) I’m still waiting for the 30% cost back, which I was told would be 3to5?days from over a month ago

Total rip off merchants! Fake and Extremely poor quality goods when the jumpers eventually arrived. Google needs to act to take down the adds on the platform. and can’t even get the size right! They need trading standards to investigate them. Please do not buy anything from this company of Scammers.
Now they are ignoring my contact refund requests...

Do not buy from here. What got delivered was clearly fake and incredibly poor quality.

Nothing has arrived. It is over two weeks since I placed my order. The company is refusing to provide a refund and is doing nothing to accelerate delivery of the order. Everything about the firm looks suspicious. The published address of the business is a domestic house in south London, the published telephone number is for a location in in Cambridge.

This company are SCAMMERS. I ordered an item as a present and received a confirmation email saying Visit Site and Track your Package by downloading an App called Shop. I did this and saw a message saying the package had been delivered 2 hours ago. Subsequent attempts to look on the App show no message at all.
It had not been delivered (and we were in all day). We also looked on nearby doorsteps.
I emailed them and called first thing on Monday morning, but the number does not work. Of course, I have not received a response to my email to them enquiring where the package was.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND DON'T DOWNLOAD THE APP.

Ordered dress from Joneex. Had correspondence from Coleex and payment was taken from Qooney.
When it arrived dress was huge not the medium I ordered also had a stain on front of it. No info about returns. Phone numbers non existent and no reply from emails.
Complete scam company. Contacted my bank about raising a dispute with them.
Wish I'd read these reviews first.

Go to a Linsiwo website and you'll see a standard green sweater with half zip that is identical to Joneex's "Ralph Lauren" one.

SCAM DO NOT BUY! I've recieved nothing for 3 weeks and no responses

the goods supplied weren't as described, customer services keep fobbing me off for weeks saying they are looking into the order. Now not getting any responses at all.

Like wise dont buy off them ive sent 6 emails they say they will respond within 24 hours they never do phone number doesn't exist they too £66 of me waiting 11 days nothing name they used to take my money wasn't there name refered to as a gardening supply's DONT BUY FROM THEM ITS A CON

shocking service, been told 5 times goods out for delivery, still not received 3 weeks later just lies after lies ! can’t telephone them , phone number doesn’t work

DO NOT under any circumstances buy from this company.
They took £70+ off me and delivered absolutely nothing. Their contact customer service email address just bounces back. I’d wish I’d seen their customer reviews before I threw my money away!
There is light at the end of the tunnel for me though, as I paid via Amex I will get my money refunded.
Please be warned…..do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Do not buy from this company.
Firstly I had to email them twice asking why it had not arrived and had no tracking availability.
Then when it did arrive it was not the same item displayed on the website... I thought it was a Ralph Lauren jumper because it was a picture of a RL and it had Ralph Lauren displayed in the image. The polo player on horse stitching was purely a copy.
Bearing in mind it wasn't cheap so I thought it wasn't a copy.
Do not buy from these

Absolute joke of a company!!! Coat arrived looking like a bin bag, not reversible, pockets sewn on at different heights and hem uneven with lose stitching!

Offered a partial refund and return to China at my own cost! Have reported to my bank!
