From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Good customer service is very rare these days, but Mel has restored my faith. She deserves recognition from Jolleys. Massive thank you from me you have been amazing! Thank you!

Great value and lovely staff who can’t do enough for you
I had a great experience at Jolleys. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and clearly more than qualified for their roles. They were happy to help with anything I needed and made a real fuss of my dog, which showed me straight away that they’re true animal lovers.
I was also impressed to learn that alongside their vet service, some of the team are trained to a high standard and can prescribe flea and worming treatments on-site.
Overall, a really positive visit – excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Jolleys are brilliant!
Jolleys are so much cheaper than Pets at Home and other similar shops. They have a much better choice than supermarkets too. You can join the Jolleys pet club and get discounts and offers. The staff are absolutely lovely. If you haven't been yet, go and look for yourself.

Good offers but check that they are applied!
The store had a nice choice for what I wanted for my cats and guinea pigs with some good offers. However, one of the advertised offers did not come off my bill, which is always a bit disappointing! 😕
