From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Helpful and knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help with any questions I have. The man even looked out back for a good ten mins to see if they had what I was after. Great shop and great staff.

Lovely friendly and knowledgable staff
Lovely friendly staff. I asked a staff member if he could recommend food for my picky poodle, we had already tried numerous brands, he suggested Lifestage Raw. Now we have a poodle which actually eats her food! Fantastic advice. Just need to make sure the wormers are correct for raw feeding.

FRIENDLY HELPFUL SERVICE
The store had what I wanted and the item was also on offer. The service at the checkout was excellent and the staff were both friendly and helpful even offering to carry the item out to my car as it was heavy.

Disappointed
We have been regular customers of Jollyes. Recent store changes are a big negative.
No longer are they selling loose dog biscuits WHY? They were always popular.
We feed K9 food to our dog. Changes in the shelving arrangement and foods stocked have minimised the space for K9 adult dog large bags and I took the last one available. Jollyes management- sort this out!

Very Helpful Staff
I phoned my local Jollyes to check if they had an item in stock, which they did. I went there a few hours later and the person that served me remembered my call and was very helpful. Thank you ;-)
