Excellent Service
Staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly on both occasions; 9th & 10th January 2025.
I was looking for a new coat for my dog, I have back problems and had spent at least 15 minutes searching for one. I asked for support from staff due to the pain in my back. Staff assisted me immediately, taking several items for me to choose from.
Unfortunately I had to return the item on the 10th, as it was slightly small, despite it stating it was the same centimetres as my dogs original coat. There were no qualms in exchanging the coat at all.

My own dog food had been delayed on my subscription. The chap very kindly offered to look on the stock trolley when l told him what l was looking for. One bag left of what l needed! The lady at the till was friendly and chatty, then told me about joining Jollyes club. Further discussion revealed she was also had a GSD. l have 2 rescues❤️

I went in for cockatiel seed none on shelf staff helped me by showing you can buy it loose.They even tubed it up for me.And got me some fresh millet from out back of store.
