Dog nail clip - non existent customer service
I have been bringing my dog to Jollyes Swadlincote for my dogs nail clip for over 12 months, and I have always received a polite and professional service.
I visited Jollyes today for another nail clip and the service I received from the lady on duty was appalling - I appreciate it was a loud working environment, and I initially misunderstood a question from the Jollyes employee, however to receive a condescending response is totally out of order. When challenged, I received quite defensive attitude. I raised this issue with the store manager on duty, her response gave me the impression this wasn’t the first complaint received for this particular individual - I will go elsewhere going forward.

The staff are friendly and helpful and pointed me in the right direction for some medicine for my dog. I was amazed at the range of products and they cater for all animals not just dogs and cats.

My cats enjoy Butchers cat food, I struggle to find it in Burton-on-Trent, so was delighted to see that you stock it on my trip over to Swadlincote, and especially delighted to find it on offer. Plus other great prices on cat treats. Staff always friendly.
