From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Even though there are building works…

Even though there are building works going on the staff took time to explain where the products were and were helpful and friendly. I didn’t get the girls name but she has long dark hair and glasses

Knowledgeable staff

We asked one of the employees for some assistance and advice when my daughter got a new puppy. The lady ( I didn’t get her name!) was extremely helpful and helped my daughter find everything she was looking for.

Staff in the Selby store are fantastic…

Staff in the Selby store are fantastic , always happy and friendly .
The store is clean .
A lovely lady gave advice and help trying winter coats on my dog , which is no easy feat as she is a wriggle monster and needs to say hello to everyone .

Regular go into the store , staff always helpful , give advice when asked .
Lovely down to earth staff who always make a fuss of my dog - bull mix breed .

Very helpful staff

Took my two pups for their injections. The staff were so lovely and really helpful. The vet himself was absolutely great. The only downfall was the website trying to book the appointment. Wasn’t very easy to follow and I had to keep going back over the same things. The staff on the phone to be were extremely patient and very helpful talking me through each step.

Nice quality products

I recently purchased a collar for our little dog. Unfortunately I had to change it for a smaller one. I couldn’t find the right size but staff were on hand & very helpful.
