From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. The girl on the till had no knowledge of products and couldn't find my details on the system. Another staff member abruptly, butted in ,on my conversation and told me I couldn't use that product on the one I bought at the same time? I will be using pets at home from now on. You have just lost a good customer 😕

Amazing Customer Service

Our local store is easily accessible with plenty of parking. They have a good range of products at very competitive prices and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

App access
Staff were helpful and patient. The reason for the low scoreis that the jollyes app does not recognise my account. Luckily the staff found a way for me to access my voucher. Apparently not the first account to have this issue. Funny that jollyes manage to email me to do this review but can’t give access to the app.
Staff at Selby store always go above and beyond.
