From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. The lady on the counter was so helpful…
The lady on the counter was so helpful and helped me fit a dogs coat and showed me where the wet dog food was as it wasn’t easy with a youngish dog.

All the staff are helpful
All the staff are helpful, supportive and caring, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are always willing to help listen and give of their best.
They are wonderful with my little dog and interact with her. They are always ready to help, polite, and even help me with my purchases to the car, great team work.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I forgot a coin for a trolley and the staff member let me borrow £1 as i was getting a lot of items. The staff offered to but a cage begind the counter so i didnt need to carry it around with me whilst i get the rest of what i needed. A staff member gave a customers dog a treat for being good and the manager helped us to take our shopping to our car which i had inconveniently parked at the other side of the retail park. He helped load my shopping into the car and took the trolley back for me. Couldnt ask for more.
