Kind staff at port Glasgow yesterday evening
Staff served me yesterday evening was so helpful, he helped me carry the cat litter to my car! Sorry I didn’t catch his name but I was the last customer of the day as they were about to close and he did not make me feel unwelcome for slipping in 2 mins before closing time. Truly up and beyond customer service!

Brilliant for dog food
If I’d been looking for dog food I would have given 5* but I was looking for a waterproof dog coat for a medium sized dog and a medium size red Kong. Common items but no stock in store. The girl on checkout was lovely while being efficient and knowledgeable.

Helpful and friendly staff
Staff at the Port Glasgow location are helpful and very friendly always willing to answer any questions I have when I go into the shop. If I can't fine something the are always willing to help me get what I am looking for and if it's not in stock they will order it in for me.
