Jollyes The Pet People - Plymouth Omdömen 

I usually use Jollyes for my cats Wooden Pellet litter - sometimes they have some great deals on and the prices are not too bad, however, I did place an order online a few weeks ago for 5 30l bags of litter for click and collect. I paid £11 each bag but when I went to collect them, the store had an offer on of buy 2 of my cat litter products for £20 - I asked the staff member if I added one more bag, can I get the discount? She talked to her manager (I think) about it and the manager was quite blunt and said no they couldn't do the deal because it was a click and collect. Very infuriating when the online store says no offers but instore there are. Wasn't too happy - will contact the shop first next time and see if there are any offers.

I love this store, it's open til 8 which is perfect for someone who works all day, a wide range of products, I particularly like the "fill your own" buckets for my birds, friendly staff, you can bring your pets in and the loyalty program gives genuine discounts.

Great opening hours, bargains and friendly staff. Only niggle is that you've stopped doing the loose food like parrot food, millet, monkey nuts, etc. Why is that? Please bring it back!

Removing some dog treats which sell well just because they are cheap is unfair to customers and their dogs. Why are you removibg rhe fish fingers at 50p treats well customers buy many of these

I’ve not been in Jolly’s for a number of years, and when I went in again last month, I found the store to be much better, lots more choice, great prices, friendly and very helpful staff, and great prices. Store lovely and clean with plenty of space to move around

Great range of everything your pet could need. The staff are amazing, friendly helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them. I would highly recommend and very often do 🙂

Fantastic choice of all things pets and good customer service. Sometimes sadly queues are formed at the only till out of 3 or 4 and no one else jumps on to clear backlog. Just my observation.

Great little store, handy on outskirts of Plymouth. Donna especially is always lovely and helpful but her colleagues are also very nice and helpful too.

I think you are a great company but the queing needs to be sorted. When it is busy for another member of staff to join the cashier to help get the queue down quicker.
I have been in a queue with 1 cashier, queue of 8 or more people and 3 other staff filling shelves, they did not acknowledge the queue was long and slow.
