Went to the westcroft store today. Girl who served me was extremely rude. Tried to sell me more than I required too I definitely won't be back!!

Our favourite cat litter wasn’t on the shelves and the assistant tidying the shelves recommended we ask the assistant on the till to search back through our account to confirm the brand. Both girls were very helpful. Hope to see Pettex back on the shelf soon.
