From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Below par groom
While the staff were friendly and cared for my dog well the groom itself was well below par. Very little hair was cut off and several areas have not been touched at all and I have had to trim delicate areas myself.

Company has stopped having loose dog…
Company has stopped having loose dog biscuits. And worse, didnt have the biscuit wanted in the new packets. Have to go somewhere else now.

Maybe review your staff training.
Each time I visit the staff are slumped over the till and complained about hours being cut. I sometimes don’t even receive a hello at the till as they are so enthralled with their conversation.
I visit at least once a week for pet supplies and nothing has changed in a year.
