Click and collect first experience 5*
Placed an order due to illness. Had someone able to collect for me but I wanted to choose the food my cats enjoy myself. Ordered various items of each of my two cats’ favourite food and treats. The store’s sales lady rang me to advise only had a certain product available in jelly, not gravy. She appreciated cats can be fussy and didn’t want to substitute an item without checking with me. I was glad of the call as she was right. Would definitely buy my pet food from Jollyes again, either in store or click and collect.

Staff member was very helpful when we were enquiring about sizing on the dog coats, which made it easier for us then to purchase. When we got home they were indeed the correct size, so no need to return. The added bonus was they were in the sale with 50% off.

Amazed by the great offers Jollyes are…
Amazed by the great offers Jollyes are now doing? We got 2 x cat litter and 9 tins of cat food for nearly £19. There was a 2 for £16 offer and then they had emailed me a £2 off coupon. We will certainly be returning again and finding they are now more affordable and competitive.

Well I am so impressed
Well I am so impressed. They had a technical problem at the groomers and I was so happy when they agreed to still groom my dog. I was in a desperate situation after been sick and my digs health was my priority and it appears theirs too. He was very luggy and unkept. I can not thank them enough for the great job they did under the circumstances. I am very pleased and so is my pooch. Also the jumpers were half price so that was a bonus and they are good quality. Great job all round. Didn’t feel judged which I should have been and will continue to use.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. i had my dog booked in for 6weeks at the Halifax store.
Taken half a day off work to take her & they cancel the appointment at the last minuet.
Definitely think twice before booking an appointment here!
Despite what "WE BUY ANY PHONE" Says I took the phone to a shop and sold it for more than double than they offered.
This just proves they are sharks!
