On payment, I was greeted by a very polite and smiling young lady. Asked the question, if I was in the health pet club, and wished me a good evening after paying.

Staff very helpful answers the phone and helped with a difficult enquiry had puppy’s 1st needles with use lovely ladies and also the groomer was really nice (cut puppy’s nails) nice easy no stress service 5?stars highly recommend

Expensive
Expensive. I wanted a small double sided grooming brush. Jolleys price was £5.99 I walked 200 yds to The Range and purchased one of the same quality for £3.99. This was at your Eccles store. Almost all items can be obtained at a lower price elsewhere ie locally Probanley even cheaper on line.. Perhaps a pricing review would not go amiss....
Could not fault the staff or service, just the pricing being a lot more expensive than elsewhere locally...
