Great selection of dog beds at good…
Great selection of dog beds at good prices. Also found some nice soft chews for my dog - she can chew a plastic bone no trouble but a hard 'treat' no!
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Queuing
There was a long queue and only one staff at the till, he was polite but said nothing like sorry for waiting, don't know whether it was because of lunchtime or short of staff

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I visited the Dartford store as that is my local one and I always get great customer service. They are always happy to help when asked and are always friendly.
My only negative is that The pick and mix biscuits are often empty. Please can you send stock more often so all are available!!

The staff at Jollyes in Dartford are always so very helpfull when I visit offering to help me carrying heavy items to my car.

First of many visits…
I purchased a ‘vacs for life’ scheme for my puppy. A great way to save on annual vaccination costs and something I’ve used for 2 previous dogs.
I had to wait a while to be seen but the member of staff I dealt with was polite and efficient.
The vet I saw that dealt with my pup was very friendly, clearly loved the animals she was treating and they were relaxed in her care.
My only issue is the phone is never answered…despite it being offered as a contact method should you need to cancel or amend a booking.
I also, can never access my account on the website, always a glitch, hence 4 as opposed to 5 *****
I also wasn’t comfortable with a rather large, loose dog trotting around the store, myself, my dogs and others whilst I waited to be dealt with.
Owners were present and it really should have been on a leash, yet I don’t recall a member of staff asking them if they would/could do so.
