Jollyes Colchester- Lou is absolutely amazing and her customer service is fantastic. So helpful and really helped us out with our dog. Nothing was too much trouble for her! Such a lovely woman.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Young man who was booking us in to the vets was obviously not interested and I found him rude so I left the shop. The usual lady is so good at her job. Please bring her back.

Friendly and no pressure
Staff greeted me when l walked in. No pressure as l looked at the item l wanted to buy. Staff at the til was friendly and cooperative. I would go back again

The staff are always very helpful but…
The staff are always very helpful but unfortunately they had no stock of the dog food we always buy. It was suggested that I look on the website but that was out of stock too! I rang and spoke to the manager of the store who will contact me when it comes in. It is a Jollyes home brand fish wet food for dogs so should still be available sometime. 🤞🏼
