i felt there was no communication
i felt there was no communication, very little paperwork given to me to see where i was at and what i was dealing with. i had to ask for everything. and when i tried to contact you it was very difficult. the sales person when i asked what the rate would be for the next year i was told oh the rates are not out yet this was six weeks before renewal. the rates were good at the beginning but when up and i found it cheaper at Progressive. so i went with them. with better fallow up, hard copy terms and rates .

I appreciate how fast the process was to sign up for new insurance. Once I entered my specific insurance needs they were able to give me a great quote. I never had to reach out to customer service for additional help so that was a bonus.

BEST PRICING FOR THE BEST COVERAGE
We were paying an astronomical amount for car insurance with perfect driving records, no accidents, no tickets. So, we decided to start looking elsewhere & a friend told us about ROOT Insurance, so we decided to look into it & it was HALF the cost of what we were currently paying so we decided to enroll & so far everything has been excellent no complaints at all. We're currently under the 30 day drive test so we'll see how everything goes.

This is the real deal.
I have been with all the big names. I have found that big names mean big price tags along with it. Then I found Root. Your insurance rate is decided by how you drive, not the number of fender benders you have. I love Root and will stay with them for a long time.

Root is definitely 0/10
Root is definitely 0/10, I'd go lower if possible. Joel Amaya was rude and lacked professional customer service skills. I had expressed my preferred method of communication due to my job and it was ignored. Steven was nice and helpful until the end. It took two months and two rental cars to get our vehicle back. We had to pay out of pocket for most of the rental due to root dragging their feet. What started with a coolant leak turned into a nightmare. Would not recommend to anyone.
