Had a hot tub and decking installed over last couple of days found and workmen used polite and diligent especially Gareth and Wayne who gave a demonstration of controls and useful tips on enjoying the tub

Gareth, Wayne and Tony did an excellent job getting the hot tub in position and getting it up and running. They went above and beyond to get it lifted up onto the deck and were rally helpful explaining how to use the chemicals. Can’t wait for it to get to temperature and jump in!

A big thank you to Gareth and the logistics team for installing our Wellis Jupiter Hot Tub we’re now a week into ownership and loving the experience. Truth be told we had a couple of minor issues but Shaun from the Aftersales team was exceptional and managed our expectations professionally. Regarding the Hot Tub we’re very pleased with it and still getting used to all the various jet settings. Overall very pleased.

Timur have done great job for organising delivery ( crane people ) and everything was done very smoothly. Arrived on time , installed promptly. Timur sort all things from the beginning and we have been looked after very well . We had a great hot tub for our Christmas 🎄. Great service!

Just want to say a big Thankyou to Suzy amd the team. We bought a cabin, decking, gazebo, hot tub and Sauna and we needed them all in for my sons visit from Australia for Christmas. Suzy, despite a number of problems, pulled out all of the stops to get everything installed on time.I know how difficult that was and we are delighted with the whole thing. The installation teams were all excellent, friendly and did a great job. Well done all.

As a first time purchaser of a hot tub I was very impressed by the service I received at the Wickford branch. Timur was extremely helpful and patient with my many questions. I have been back on several occasions for my clarification and he has again been very polite. As the first point of contact he is a credit to the company. I had the pleasure of meeting the super jovial Timur on the phone who answered all my questions and I then went to the showroom to take a look at the hot tub I was interested in. Out of all of them it looked the best to be visually (cos let’s be honest they are all quite ugly aren’t they😄), this Kilimanjaro Premium looked so much more slick and cool compared to others Id seen and the functionality was also top class. Since we have had it installed the service has been impeccable from everyone and we literally have used it 2-3 times a day. My biggest and unexpected GAIN from the hot tub has been the huge increase in family time where I have spent more time with my children actually TALKING to each other. Best money I’ve spent in a long time. THANKS TIMUR 👌🏻

Jake & Jordan were excellent, fast efficient, friendly and professional.I really appreciated the time they took to go over the features and chemicals (twice) and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

They have been super efficient, they worked really hard and quick. I think they went above and beyond as they have also had to remove some decking (which they didnt have to) but they really helped me as I didnt have to be outside doing it in freezing cold.
Also a BIG THANK YOU to Warren. He has been amazing and sorted out the issue we had with ease. He gave me a few options which was very generous of him. I know he is operations manager, but I wish everyone everywhere had such a great attitude to sorting out problems. Amazing!!

Great installation team, Jake and Jordan were superb and couldn't do enough to make sure everything was perfect.

Installation team was ace, not a straightforward route to get the hot tub in as needed to come through a neighbours garden and then be lifted 2 feet over the boundary but Tony & Wayne made it look easy. Installed exactly where I wanted it, no damage, no rubbish left behind, talked me through the features and chemicals and answered my questions. A+++

Good experience. The company even held onto the hot tub longer than planned as we were delayed in getting the garden ready for it. The installers Jake and Jordan were a pleasure. Very nice and knowledgeable - our tub was up and running in no time at all. Thanks all!
