He is excellent at communicating and making me feel at ease. Christina Tzemanaki and Elisha Robinson have been excellent in addressing my maintenance issues and very responsive to my queries. Christina Tzemanaki from the compliance department was very prompt on getting back to me regarding my request and clarification on the changes in contacts I had. I appreciate in a large company processes are streamlined within relevant departments, however prompt communication with tenants goes a long way.

Christina has been a massive help when arranging maintenance issues that come up. As a contractor its good to know that someone is knowledgable and can relay the correct information for when we attend.
