Believe the negative reviews. This company has two Trustpilot profiles and you can find all the 1 star reviews on the other page. Predatory, toxic company. Do not fall for their tactics or promises of fortune.

Everything was very organized and professional. However, it was not at all what I expected. Basically it was a rah rah session. A motivation session. And it seems everyone speaking was instructed to pay homage to John Maxwell. It was much more about Maxwell and Maxwell training than any actual training. That is, a big selling session throughout the day. The music was very loud and dreadful. Lots of orchestrated dancing.
Jesse Itzler freely used four letter words. Tebow was good but certainly no training session. I'm assuming he was there because his name draws people! Stephanie Chung seems like a delightful person. However, her exercises were strange and uncomfortable (find someone you don't know and look into each others eyes for two minutes). Really?? I still can't figure out why she was there. Ryan Leak was a good speaker and did some training.
I would never ever attend another Maxwell seminar. 75% of it was a total waste of time.
I do like Maxwell and just ordered three of his books. My advice: order his books, forget the hoopla of his seminars.

Prior to joining the John Maxwell team I was near bankruptcy and $35,000 in debt. I didn't know what else to do and signed up for the JCM team as a last resort. Everything has changed since then for me, I have a positive net worth, paid for house, paid for car. Best investment I've made.

"Learn, Live and Lead" the content, and there is sufficient content on the online platform to groom you through your journey of "personal development". Everything worthwhile is uphill. It's not easy, but it's worth it. The new branding is also now taking us a notch higher as it incorporates other Maxwell companies. Is there any better than Maxwell Leadership? I have not seen it. This is a great programme.

I remember looking at JMT on Trustpilot reviews before joining the team, not knowing whether they are some sort of pyramid scheme or not :)) and now that I've been a part of this family I want to leave a review in case there are people like me, wondering if they should join or not.
My advice is: trust them. trust the process, trust your intuition.
