The interaction with the staff was very welcoming, conversational. I prefer ordering currency at a bureau as I can request small denominations - which I can’t do with some of the online currency converters.

The whole process was easy to set up and the credit limit is good too, I use it for online shopping and can be used anywhere that accepts master card, overall I'm very pleased with it)

Always use John Lewis Money for my currency. It is delivered on time to my local Waitrose which is so handy for me. On slightly a different note I must thank the person who designed the new website. It was so easy and straight forward with none of the minefield I experienced the previous times. As a lady of 80 I need to find easy websites where you don’t have to keep going back to alter things I have already done as I had to the previous time. Thank you once again.

Excellent to interact with the staff who were polite and helpful. Good exchange rate, compared to others.
It would be a great pity, and a mistake if, as reported, John Lewis were to shut down its in-store currency exchange in Edinburgh and elsewhere. It’s an excellent service, and a reason I visit the John Lewis store.
