Pet Insurance not worth the paper it's written on
John Lewis Pet Insurance not worth the paper it's written on.
Had a claim for anorexia / inappetence declined on the basis of a phone call for advice about a single episode of diarrhoea when changing food types a couple of months earlier, with no other signs or symptoms.
Our vet gave a very clear explanation why this had nothing to do with the claim but was completely ignored.
Set up a complaint but they've done everything they can to try and wriggle out of it, completely unreasonably.
They'll take your money alright, but don't expect any service out of them. They put the John Lewis name to shame.

Crap service
I ordered euros on Tuesday 4th August.the order was confirmed by email saying ready after 2pm on Friday 7th.but wait for an email.
No email came so I called in to store on Sunday 9th & was told no money had been delivered since Friday 7th.monday 10 th I phoned customer service & was told I would receive a call back by 5 pm.no call came & I had to phone back at 6.i was told the money was in store but have still not received an email to confirm.I had to finish work 2 hours early to go to the store not really knowing if my money was there or not.thanfully it was.i don't think I would use John Lewis for money exchange again after this experience

Applying for the card, and registering online went like clockwork. The only issue was I kept getting messages telling me to do what I had already done. I ignored them.

Not happy with credit card service
Not happy with credit card service. Despite reuests they lwill not raise my credit limit to at lest half that I have on two other cards - and I pay by dd every month. Inadvertantly I went over the card limit. Was not notified. Just failure to accept card. So a) why did they happily let me exceed card limit? b) Why did they not notify me? So will keep card only for John Lewis purchases and avoid otherwise.
Fear this service falls short of the normal John Lewis experience - where I have been a customer for over 60 years.
