Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. Joe Biggs is by far the best Personal…
Joe Biggs is by far the best Personal Holiday Advisor out there. He goes above and beyond from start to finish with your booking. He beats any quote that you may have received from other reputable companies and keeps it personal all the way. Including on-line checking in, he even does that for you too. (Including reserving seats on the aircraft sometimes without further charge it can be yet another incentive to book with him) and he forwards your boarding passes to save you the hassle.
The whole stress of admin is dealt with by himself, Olivia or Becka. On my most recent holiday booked through him there was even a very welcome bottle of bubbly and two champagne glasses to welcome me in my room. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. If you have any questions or queries you can message him by WhatsApp and he will reply promptly. Also if you recommend him to friends or family and they book with him he gives you a thank discount on your own holiday. I would highly recommend using him and his team for your next holiday. I will certainly be using him for all of my future ones. My family are now hooked too. Go for it. It’s a win win for you.

Excellent service from Joe Biggs — highly recommended
I have used Joe Biggs for multiple holiday bookings now, and the service has been excellent every time.
Joe is prompt, helpful and patient throughout the booking process. He takes the time to provide clear options, flight details, alternative dates, hotel information and transfer arrangements, and nothing ever feels too much trouble.
What stands out most is how responsive and thorough he is. Even when we have asked for changes, different dates or extra clarification before confirming, Joe has always been professional, straightforward and reassuring.
It is a really personal service, backed by Hays Travel, and much better than dealing with a faceless call centre. I would happily recommend Joe to anyone looking to book a holiday and will definitely continue using him for future trips.

Great service with Joe and team
Just came back from 5 nights away in Palma, on an Easyjet Holidays trip. Spotted Joe's details on FB and thought I'd enquire to see what different it would make using a holiday planner/advisor.
Came back very quickly the same day and helped me book. He matched the Easyjet price but then gave us the option of a further discount or seats together on the plain (we opted for the latter as it worked out cheaper than going through Easyjet direct).
Was kept informed throughout, they also checked us in online as soon as the option was open so that was one less thing to worry about.
Have already made a repeat booking for later in the year, happy to recommend.
