Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. Great communication and very very helpful. Plus the assistance on the flights with my disability where fantastic.
Apartments where amazing and very well positioned. Few mins from main strip and beach everything was in easy reach .
Corralejo is a fabulous place to stay . Lots of things to do and see.
We also went on an amazing boat trip and seen the dolphins, which was an amazing experience.

Honestly can not fault Joe and his team.
Booked with him after a reply to a query in a fb page. Joe was quick to response, polite and helpful. Didn't feel pushed into booking with him and he gave us time to consider (knowing prices are live and can fluctuate)
We quickly decided to book. It was straight forward and hassle free. I need assistance while travelling and Joe was able to add this again quickly and easily. He has been at the end of a phone when ever needed and has provided a great service.

Brilliant Service
We’ve just returned as family of 6 from Menorca. We had a fantastic time but this was made even more special by the personal service given by Joe & the team. From the initial booking through to our departure day the service was incredible. Nothing is too much trouble. Joe did all our check in’s and arranged our plane seats together. Whilst away enjoying ourselves Joe is always available to help if any issues were to arise. We had no problems but it’s very reassuring knowing someone is there if needed. We have booked many holidays with Joe and we cannot recommend them enough.

Just had another wonderful holiday to Agadir Morroco and of course booked through Joe Biggs and his team. Lost count now on how many holidays I’ve booked with Joe, maybe into the 20’s now. From city breaks, holidays and cruises. I know I can trust him fully with my requirements and always there if we run into any problems.
