Very sorry to read this. We always try to grade accurately to avoid disappointment, so apologies if we have made a mistake with grading or the book got damaged in transit. However, it is always appreciated if customers get in touch if there's a problem, because it gives us a chance to resolve it (eg by sending a replacement). Will email customer to find a solution.

The price of the book was great
The price of the book was great, good value. And the cost of delivery was also excellent. However, the book arrived in worst condition than expected. Most likely due to the package being completely torn apart by arrival.
