I was extremely impressed with the prompt delivery service. Unfortunately, my shoes didn't fit but I cannot fault the instructions for free returns. However, my brother ordered a pair of shoes and he was delighted with the service they gave!

Fast efficient service
I ordered a pair of sandals, which arrived promptly the following day.
Well packaged, with a complimentary pen and key ring.
Haven't worn the Reiker sandals yet, waiting for the weather to improve, but they are stylish and comfortable.
Will recommend this company to my friends and family.

Easy to find the shoes on the website, quick delivery. Lovely choice, I wanted silver sandals for my granddaughters prom. She was very pleased with them, a good fit & very pretty designs.

A brilliant discovery!
I stumbled upon this supplier when I googled s particular shoe made by Clarks. The price was competitive but delivery and customer service and even packaging was good quality. I'd certainly use them again

Order came late, but shoes excellent!
The shoes I ordered were out of stock, yet were still showing as available on the website. It took a week for them to be obtained and then delivered to me. I was promised updates on the progress of my order, but never received any.
However, the shoes were exactly as expected when they arrived!

Walking on air!
I ordered a pair of Clarks sandals from John Martin and they were a great saving compared to going direct. Delivery was speedy and the sandals are gorgeous and as light as feather! The parcel included unexpected gifts.
I have already recommended the company to my friend who wants a pair and will always check in with John Martin in the future.
Due to my fantastic purchase and the service I have received, I will be walking on air!
