Absolute junk, lasts a couple of months, customer service none existent

I bought a gaming chair for my son for xmas the back snapped off within 12 week it wasnt welded correctly,i contacted jmall to be told they would send new bavk when in stock i contacted several time to keep being told not in stock then for the past 6 week they have igonred all emails so forwarded all coversation to trading standards never shop with jmall

i contacted the team about my chair being broken after i paid for 3 years warranty!! i’m being ignored for 3 weeks now and i’m not being replied to!!

Dangerously designed chairs, cheap material and lack of quality control. Squeaky, noisy and not comfortable. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY and don't buy any of the chairs.

Absolutely disgusting customer service on top of a poor product, been promised a replacement part for my chair for months now and a VIP gift, now my emails are being ignored, sent email number 20 today, AVOID THIS ATROCIOUS COMPANY AT ALL COST. No UK contact either so nothing can be done when they behave like this.

Leg rest broken in first day, wheel part broken after 4months, warranty only if you pay shipping :/ , they stopped answering when I want rules. I do not recommend.

Where do I even start with this absolute joke of a company. Firstly I noticed the box had a little damage and thought nothing of it, as it’s a Xmas present I thought I’ll inspect the chair and to my horror the seat had damage. Ripped material, bolt mechanism’s not lining up. I emailed the company with pics and they tried to fob me off with a cheaper looking chair and told me the one I bought was out of stock and they didn’t know when they would be getting more. (My Son picked this chair himself for Xmas so was willing to try fix the bolt mechanism myself) I managed to line them up. I put the chair together and low and behold the gas lift ALSO is broken! And the chair squeaks noisily with every little moment you make.
The company tried to fob me off with a £10 refund, I counted that with £20 and they said that is too much!! I also checked the filling of the chair and it’s just a soft cardboard and bags inside. So I have escalated a claim with PayPal and WILL NEVER USE THIS SHODDY RIP OFF OF A COMPNY AGAIN AND ADVISE OTHERS AGAINST IT TOO…

I bought my hubby the Athena Argyle Green | Gaming Chair With Footrest/Computer Desk Chair he loves it! He's soo happy with it, I bought him it as a surprise! Such an amazing company came so quickly I ordered on 3rd October and it came today 7th October. Again the price was amazing. It was £84.99 it was on offer the original price is £209.99 it really is worth the original price, very comfy, very well packaged and also very easy too build. Outstanding service and company, we definitely recommend this company!

Faulty goods sent. Emailed pics of faults. No response. Avoid avoid avoid

Purchased the above via a big sale on Facebook for my son's 10th birthday present. Sadly, on assembly I found the seat base faulty with the armrest not lining up properly. So I emailed customer services who offered to replace the chair with a lower spec item (!?) I queried this but was told that if I wanted the same replacement item I would be required to pay an additional £25 - even though it was faulty. I declined this ransom which they then reduced to £15. I declined this further 'offer' and was then informed the item was no longer in stock and was offered a refund. I then looked on line and saw the same chair offered for sale. I pointed this out and asked (again) for a replacement, but this was refused stating that I did not pay for the massage function (although the advert included this and I cannot find the Constellation chair advertised without it anywhere). I have asked to escalate this with customer services, but this has been denied by the (un-named) agent. I can't work out what this company are up to, but can state that their customer service and apparently (with my experience) products and quality control is appalling. My 10 year old son has decided to keep his faulty chair as it was his birthday present. These chairs appear to be a generic type and can be sourced from other suppliers; something I would advise based on my experience.

Bought a gaming chair from this company at Christmas for my son . 2 months later the head rest fell off and the seat ripped easily . Bought this through eBay so emailed the company who told me it was overly used 🤷‍♀️ How would they know it was overly used . And if I was to pay £20 for a new seat then they would send me one out . So not happy . Definitely would not buy one of these again and very disappointed 😞

After 2 weeks I emailed them for my order
They didn't reply 1 more week then I agein emailed them and they took mor 5 days to answer
Answer was
Sorry we try to call you about your order we haven't got green in stock
That's it
Than I emailed them ok send me orange chair
No reply
After 1 week again emailed them
After 3 days they send me message your order on the way
Next week orange chair deliver
When I open the box chairs backrest had big cut
I emailed them with pictures
Now 2 weeks already gon I emailed them so many times
Still No answer
Never Again

Very poor quality chair, poorly fitting trims, seat mechanism loose

Was worried about spending the money as never heard of the company however my partner who k ordered the chair for is extremely happy and loves it! Delivered withing just a few days of ordering so much quicker than expected...although one part had a crack on delivery so I emailed the company who responded promptly and have solved the issue way sooner than I imagined after sending proof of damage! Very happy with both the rapid delivery and customer service! Would recommend to anyone! Thank you jmall

Excellent chair and was put together by me albeit with some difficulty but I managed it.
Please note your request for review was titled Invalid or out of date by 90 days !twice

Bought a lovely looking office chair but it's so shoddily built. Took ages to trying to find the screw holes to connect the seat and back or the chair. When I finally did locate them I still had trouble getting the screws in. Now one of the screws is completely stuck with the foam underneath wrapped around it. When I try to undo the screw it just stretches/rips the fabric and the foam underneath.

I've emailed them and they haven't responded. I've sent them two messages and again have not responded. Now while it has only been 24 hours I shouldn't take so long to reply especially as I just spent nearly £100 on this piece of crap.

Absolute joke of a company. If I do not hear from you very soon I will open a PayPal dispute to get my money back for badly built furniture and YOU will pay for the returns cost because your fault for bad quality and not mine. I will also contact my credit card company as well to get my money back if I have to. I'm sure a lot of your "reviews" on your site are fake.

Scum! Be Aware!. Never received my product...Parcel went missing..not only one! Two of them...

Bought the pink and white gaming chair for my daughter, just finished putting it together. It's far better than I had expected for all it cost. We are both extremely happy with the purchase, and delivery was only 4 days. I would highly recommend.

For the price it costs, it is convenient and comfortable. recommend*****

Ordered a chair Thursday evening and arrived Saturday.
Fairly easy to put together on my own. My son's much more expensive chair from a different brand took two of us and lots of swearing!
can't fault the chair for the price, I've used it for about 2 hours and it's been comfortable and supportive
