This is the second time I've purchased…
This is the second time I've purchased the Caramel Iced Coffee with my meal deal. I threw the first one away as I thought it was off due to an odd fizz/pop sound on opening the bottle.
The bottle I bought today did the same. On reading the ingredients I noticed it contains Sodium Bicarbonate which I thought must cause the weird fizz.
The coffee just tastes weird, bitter, not pleasant at all, I couldn't drink it and won't buy again..

The slight fizz or pop when opening the bottle is completely normal. Our BottleCans are pressurised to help protect the quality and freshness of the coffee throughout its shelf life.
That said, the flavour you describe isn't the experience we want anyone to have. We work hard to produce a high-quality product, so we'd really like to investigate. If you could get in touch with us and share the best before date and batch code from the bottle, we'd be happy to look into it.

Found the coffee tasted awful an I love my iced coffee took few sips a couldn’t take any more. I requested to return it but they refused as I had opened 1 bottle, their reason was it wasn’t in its original condition. Terrible customer service

We completely understand that it's disappointing if you've purchased a full Case and then found the product isn't to your liking. Taste is very personal, and unfortunately not every coffee suits every customer.
Regarding the return request, once a food or drink product from a Case has been opened, we aren't able to accept a return of the remaining items. This is because we cannot verify how the products have been stored after delivery and are unable to resell them. For food safety reasons, opened Cases are therefore not eligible for return.
We're sorry that this policy left you feeling disappointed, as this certainly wasn't our intention. Our team applied the same food and drink returns policy that we follow for all customers.
If you'd like to try any of our products before committing to a full Case in future, we are stocked in major supermarkets, convenience stores and cafés. This allows you to purchase a single can first to see if it's right for you.

The caramel flavour is terrible, I haven’t tried any others but it tastes way worse than other brands of canned coffee - hardly any caramel or coffee flavour just weird and bitter

We tried our best to create a recipe that is both smooth and indulgent, using natural caramel flavours, whilst not being overly sweet, to ensure it still provided that neat coffee fix - however, it can't always be to everyones taste!
Would normally drink over summer BUT felt sick
Would normally drink over summer, but time, bitter tsate almost metal and left me nauseous for hours. I thought its me but asking my daughter. She had the same nauseous feeling. We bought it from Sainsbury's and consumed immedietly. What a strange taste. Checking google so many reasons but cant be sure why. Definitely one star after enjoying it for few years. If my daughter did not feel the same I would not have written this but she also felt sick for a long time.

We're really sorry to hear this happened, especially on your way to an interview.
Our cans are pressurised to help protect product quality and freshness, and we do advise on the packaging that there is no need to shake before opening. If a can is shaken or knocked around during transport, opening it immediately can sometimes cause the contents to spray.
We appreciate that's little consolation when you're left with coffee on a white shirt, and we're sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We hope the interview went well despite the unexpected start to your day.

Horrible taste and zero customer…
Horrible taste and zero customer support. The coffee was undrinkable. When I contacted Jimmy's HQ about it, they just shrugged it off and told me to talk to the retailer instead. Save your money—there are far better iced coffees out there with companies that actually care about their customers' experiences
As for your reply below you had your chance to provide customer support back in January so don't come back to me 5 months later pretending you care about customer support.

Recently found these lced coffees,and tbh i love them and find them addictive.
Great taste made all the better being in a can and not an awful plastic bottle which doesnt keep it cold and taints the taste.
What a change to finally have a lush iced coffee, that is better for the planet too.
Will keep buy, this brand is the best.

Jimmys make your family bigger
Being a customer with Jimmy’s is like extending your family. Having them located close within my home town means that we are fortunate enough to be able to attend the HQ for events, try samples and interact with other follows and fans on their drinks and brand.
I have loved Jimmys since the first release and support them when I can, along with my family.
