Reliable Hosting
I've been hosting sites and servers now for over 7 years and I'm already 2 years with Jetstax. In the past I changed a lot from hosting providers but I'm still satisfied and happy with my services here. Really good pricing and friendly people. Support may not be the fastest ever but they do have a very helpful FAQ and Chatbot and other questions are most of the time answered within 24 hours. So if you are looking for a fast, good priced and reliable hosting I recommend only one place.

No communication possible. Servers are even worse. If u check out the specs via the server then u will find out that the specs on the website is a big lie.

A lot of issues
Setup was painful, the support just keeps closing tickets without responding, they are lying about their Trustpilot rating on their site, there have been many Issues.

good panel, lacking customer support
always a consistent server and a easy and accessible panel, but the teams level of customer service is shocking. Days on days wait just for simple responses and fixes.

Un 3 étoiles, le service d'hébergement est "bien" dans le sens où on permet d'utiliser son VPS MAIS aucun panel fournis à part qu'il a fallut que je me débrouille pour trouver l'utilisation du VPS
ex: Nom du fichier qui sera executé, fichier pour les composants
moi qui avait pris un vps python j'ai eu les performances que j'attendais dépourvut du VPS,
J'attribue la note de 3 étoiles, car le service nous offre un vps ma foie pas mal mais j'étais à deux doits de faire une demande rebroussement car je pensais que le VPS était un scam

Scam
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I bought a discord bot hosting 5 days ago. A couple of minutes after buying it, it said that my service is available now but there's no possible way of me accessing the service I bought. I tried contacting support by making a ticket explaining that I can't access my discord bot hosting service and they just closed my ticket without even responding.
