Cloud novi has been hosting our woocommerce website for around 2 years now. With around 5k visitors a day, uptime is really important to us. We haven't had any issues with them for the past 2 years. They tend to announce maintenance well upfront and helped us solve a malware issue last year which we've been extremely grateful for. And all that for a single monthly fixed price.

I love these guys! Support is amazing, they're super fast and super helpful. I've been using their services for some pretty high traffic websites and I still haven't seen any issues. Also, if I need new VPS, it takes few minutes and it's up and running. Definite recommendation.

Support is really important when something bad happens. And it did happen. My website got hacked because I hadn't updated Cloudpanel for a few months and there was a security issue.
Cloudnovi provided me with a temporary server, so I can migrate all of my websites and they added the same IP so I don't have to change all my DNS records.

Very sad to see this platform be shut down. However, I have to say this was the best service provider I have ever seen. Support was super quick, servers were unbeatable and amazing - I never had a problem with performance. I wish the team at Dashflo the best for the future, and it was amazing being able to host what I needed easily on the platform.

Great product with everything you'd need, plus speedy and high quality customer service.

The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the recently doubled prices.

Overall good, As for hardware, Modded minecraft servers (That require a lot of CPU power) Gets about 10 - 15TPS, Way more than playable for the type of server and all the stuff going on.

I've been using dashflo for a few months now and so far everything has been working just about perfectly. As an average player making a friends-only server I can say this is a great option. Regarding support they've got an amazing service, I recently had a situation with my bills and got my response and a solution in less than 24h directly trough a ticket in the dashboard! They're very kind.

Also I really like the fact that some of their servers are powered by renewable energy.

I've been a customer with them for over half a year now and their servers are the best, they have the most bang for your buck, and the support is superb. I've only had a few problems with them but everything was resolved promptly and will continue being a customer of theirs for a while 👍

All I can say is that they offer excellent customer service! Simply submit a ticket, and they will respond as rapidly as lightning in a matter of seconds!

Good performance & Great Support
I've hosted my server with Dashflo multiple times now and I've always found the support both in the website and discord to be quick, easy and professional. 10/10 would recommend!
The pricing is also very good for the performance you get!

Made a mistake with ordering a server and as a result had an unpaid invoice. I asked for support in their Discord and they (@Rihan) were very quick to respond, and are nice about it too. Not to mention their offerings are very competitive, performance-wise.

I recommend them if you're looking for a great price/performance ratio.

The staff is very supportive. Hardware is excellent.
