Received the wrong size. Have emailed the company multiple times with no response. Had to contact my bank to dispute the charges.

Shipping too long. Overall the product was great. Sizes ample. It fit great and looks great on. Thank you for your follow up on numerous inquiries regarding service. Great and professional customer service.
I hope to order again soon.

My order was placed Sept 4. I ordered early as it is a gift for my grandson's butler day on September 28. I wrote an email requesting updated delivery information that went unanswered. The delivery link was was finally sent automatically but every time I check it the expected date is different. All I really wanted was some communication assuring me that my order was on its way, but I didn't get any response. Howevee I have received several emails offering me a discount for a 5 star review. Guess that isn't going to happen

I was a bit like oh is this legit. But then a friend of mine bought one and I then got one. Was so surprised at the quality. So pleased with it. Am ordering more from them. I put a 2.2 which was by mistake. its a definitely 5. It does take about 2and a half weeks to come but was well worth it..

Shirt was good, fit well, shipping was on the slow side. but everything was as expected .

I emailed them about my order and they never wrote back, my package was late, and the numbers on the back of the jersey were not stuck on all the way when I received it

Except for the delay in delivery my experience was positive. I contacted them about the delay in shipping and they were very responsive. Product was good quality. I would order from them again.

Was very happy with the purchase. My grandson loves it. That’s the most important thing that he loves it and doesn’t take it off

I ordered couple Jerseys for gifts, got them in a reasonable time to give em for gifts. They were excited to get em n wore em right away when they went to friends house.

I wouldn't recommend or use this company again. Item received way later than stated, even after paying for expedited shipping. No response to multiple emails requesting updates. Extremely disappointed.

I am not one to write reviews but this company keeps sending me emails asking for my review, so here it is. This was a horrible experience. I placed an order in Aug 2024 for an authentic MLS Columbus Crew kit, that was supposed to be used as a Halloween costume (Oct 2024). However, I did not receive anything until late Nov 2024 and it wasn’t even the correct item. The item I ordered was an ADULT XS jersey and the item I received was a toddler size jersey / shorts kit.
Since Halloween was long past, I reached out to customer service via email and requested either a refund or a replacement for the correct item. They requested photo evidence that the item received was incorrect and I provided that the same day. After I sent photos, they assured me they would replace the item. Over the next 5 months I continued exchanging emails (at least 10) and photo evidence of the issue. They acknowledged each and every email indicating they were working on the correction but they never provided a replacement. By that time (Apr 2025) my son had grown so much, the original item never would have fit, so I requested a refund and the issue was escalated to upper management. Upper management apologized profusely and assured me that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. It wasn’t. At that point I gave up and just considered it a $100+ loss. I will never do business with this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. Also, I never would have written this review if they hadn’t been so persistent in spamming my inbox asking for one. Buyer beware!

Horrible company that does not care. They will get your order wrong. Then try to make you pay for the order shipping. They never solved my issue after sending me the wrong team shirt. Do not buy from them!!!!!!

I didnt think it was real but i purchased some jerseys and they arrived great! Quality is authentic too and i want to keep buying more!
