Took forever to arrive but I finally did get a jersey. Not the greatest quality but decent. Biggest problem is that I ordered a 3X and it might fit a 1x person. Completely mis-sized! Listen to the REVIEWS!!! I have sent two messages to “customer service” but I don’t think they actually exist.

I tried to contact the customer service since the day I placed my order to adjust me shipping address, 20 days later still went to the wrong address which I have no access to!!!

I was charged $30 for shipping to send a replacement jersey and never received it. I emailed the company multiple times ans, while they replied with a polite apology, they never followed up or resolved the issue. After weeks of waiting, I gave up on getting my $30 back. This experience was frustrating and disappointing and I would not recommend buying from this store. It is hard to understand how a business can operate this way without addressing customer’s concerns or delivering what was paid for.

Wrong Jersey sent. No response after two emails to try and correct wrong order.

Awful experience! My order was delayed, they sent the wrong jersey, and then ghosted me when I asked for help. I ordered a Messi jersey, waited over two weeks, and got the wrong one. No response to multiple emails. Totally unacceptable.

Was sent the wrong jersey, and through multiple emails and messages, nobody has gotten back to me.

I ordered a jersey socks and shorts. They sent it, but all the wrong color. I asked about returning it for the RIGHT color that I ordered. They said” keep it and just send a shipping fee and we will send the right color order. So I send the $43 shipping fee..NOTHING. I email about it, over and over again. They keep saying they will look into it. I send screenshots of their email saying they will send it etc, again NOTHING. Then they say they will refund my $43 shipping fee. They don’t. They stole that money. This company steals and lies. And their product is cheap. Jersey started peeling after 1 wash(washed on delicate inside out and hung to dry )🤬

I purchased a jersey for my 7 year old son's birthday back in September. I ordered a kid's size but you sent an adult size. I have reached out multiple times in which your team has asked me to pay a $30 shipping fee in order to get a new jersey. You say you have a free return policy but I have yet to see that. I have no use for the existing jersey and have simply asked for an exchange in which your team has been non-responsive for weeks. My son is extremely disappointed as he has been asking where his jersey is at for weeks. I will be escalating further as I shouldn't have to pay for your mistake.

Do NOT buy from this website. They mail the product with counterfeit postage and refuse to refund me my money. I ordered a jersey five weeks ago, and the USPS confirmed they confiscated the product and cannot give it me even if I offered to pay the postage because it is used as evidence for this investigation. Don’t buy from these crooks!!!

I ordered my shirt as I was a bit wary at 1st. But a friend of mine had ordered his and he said for the price it's exactly the same. So I ordered took about 3 weeks but was very pleased with it, so I recommended the site to friends in work and they were pleased with theres.

Shipping needs work as it took over two weeks from the time I ordered until I received it, and it was difficult to get any updates on shipping. But, Jersey Teams World has an amazing catalogue of jerseys. I bought the new Chelsea Home Jersey and it looks great and fits well. One last suggestion would be for bigger discount codes which would entice me to buy more often.

This business won't reply to my request for a refund on a $100 order. We ordered the "Son Heung-Min Tottenham Hotspur Nike 2024/25 Home Player Jersey - White" and my son WON'T wear this set. The shorts are very low quality and have a sewn in ribbon the bottom of the shorts that prevent them from laying / falling properly on the leg. Instead the shorts take a weird shape and almost point outwards. I have emailed twice about returning this item and have not been contacted about my return. I will not be purchasing anything from this website again.

Arrived damaged and sent pictures to customer service same day. That was 4 weeks ago. Requested twice for updates and was promised that they were monitoring the replacement order for fulfillment but still never occurred. Seeking refund through my bank credit card at this point. Ridiculous to pay so much and get such lies.

The shipment was delayed by a lot and then I received a product that looked nothing like the photo

Ordered the item August 15th and Received it September 8th. Ordered a Custom Jersey aswell as matching shorts and socks plus a $10 Tip. Sep 8th I received only the Jersey, reached out Sep 8th to which I was told they'd ship out the rest right away. 1 Week later after no updates I reached out again ,two days later they said they'd provide shipping details when ready, which was the 17th.. fast forward to september 26th no updates, noone reached out, notihing. They stopped replying to my emails so now im forced to refund with my bank and dispute all this crap.

I’m surprised at the negative reviews? The jersey I ordered far exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t expecting a jersey that was actually stitched and looked very close to actual uniform. Thank you!!
