Can I leave 100 out of 10!!! If you’re going to buy a car from honest, caring staff this is the place to come. Fernando was simply the best. My car got stolen, he walked me through getting another, transferring my servicing agreements from the other car. He has such knowledge about the cars, helped me buy what I needed not the most expensive I could get. I simply cannot recommend this garage enough, all the staff were friendly, making sure I was being attended to without being in your face. I have been buying cars for over 38 years now and I will not go anywhere else. Professional, caring, knowledgeable and great coffee.

On New Year's Eve I was very upset to have an issue of a warming light on my Prius a couple of hours before I was due to start a long journey. Reception staff invited to come into the workshop as soon as I could. My car was taken in within minutes of my arrival and the problem was resolved before I finished the coffee that was given to me in the waiting area. People could not have been more helpful or efficient. Jemca made an excellent ending to 2025 and a fantastic start to 2026. Thank you!

I popped into Jemca Colindale and went to "here to help" desk as you enter show room.

The lady was too busy playing on her phone. When I asked if there's anyone free. Her response was forget it, there's someone waiting. I asked if I can be put on the waiting list, she was still playing with her phone. So much for customer service.

Naturally at this stage I said forget it.

Jemca was the gold standard of Toyota Showroom. Shame they have employed awful reception/front desk.

You should get tips from Lexus across the road or Kia 400m up the road.

Debbie looked after us courteously while we waited during the annual service for our car. She kept asking us (and the other customers) if we needed any drinks.

I recently purchased an Aygo X from a different Toyota dealer and encountered an issue with the tyre pressure warning light. Despite checking and filling each tyre to the correct pressure, the warning light persisted. When I contacted Jemca, Colindale, for advice, I was shocked to learn that they wanted to charge me over £162 for diagnostics. Feeling frustrated and unsure, I sought advice from the AA, who informed me that all that was needed was a reset of the pressure warning light after adjusting the tyre pressure. It's outrageous that Jemca tried to overcharge me for a simple task that didn't require their expensive diagnostics. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of and disappointed in their lack of customer care. It's a shame when businesses prioritise profit over providing genuine solutions for their customers.

I brought my car to the above for a routine service, paid for in full, and it had no issues beforehand. After the service, a new fault appeared — one that was not present when I dropped it off. They quoted me £600 to repair it. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, they refused to take responsibility.

I find it deeply concerning that this issue arose immediately after their work, and I can only suspect that it may have been caused intentionally. Their customer service has been extremely poor, hindered by unnecessary bureaucracy and a lack of willingness to address the problem. Based on my experience, I would urge others to proceed with extreme caution when using this service center.

My Toyota (2024/2025 CH-R Design) was involved in an accident earlier this year and was sent to an authorised Toyota repair centre, approved by my insurer, for extensive repairs.

However, after the repairs were completed and the vehicle was returned to me, I noticed a shaking sensation when the car stopped. I sent the car back to the same body shop, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved.

After speaking to my insurer, they advised me to take the car to my local Toyota dealer – Jemca Reading – for a proper assessment. I’m very glad I did.

The technicians at Jemca quickly identified that the issue was simply a matter of resetting the electronic handbrake, which should have been set to engage automatically when the car is stopped. They also discovered a coolant leak that the original body shop had missed. Both issues were resolved promptly and efficiently within days.

I was especially impressed by Hazel at Jemca, who provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. She was understanding, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way.

Thanks to Jemca Reading, my car is now running smoothly again. I highly recommend them for their expertise, honesty, and outstanding service.

From start to finish the service from Jemca Toyota - Edgware Road was exemplary - Debbie the host made sure my car booking was done efficiently - it was done in minutes, very calm lady on the most busy of days , kept me updated regularly on the progress of my car repairs. I explained to Klun the Advisor my requirement and even though not straight forward he went out of his way to accomoidate. He then directed me to his manager Tony - who without any dramasa authorised the work - he took ownership of the cistomers requirement and advised his team to accomodate. I was then put in touch with the Matser Technicain Punal Vadgama - hes knowlwedge of Toyota cars was ridiculas - he was able to correct the seetings and gave me great advise on fuel efficencite, saftey feaures, battery care and making my car even more difficult to steal - very happy with the service.

I have been at Jemca Toyota Edgware,78 Capitol Way,London,NW9 0EW For my car body repair front Bumber had some scratch also on the back Bumper on the side. I asked estimated repair price for this But they guy asked me to pay First £150 for Nothing just for the estimate price, it’s looks like very suspicious He said pay first £150 after he gonna give me price for this,how much gonna be.I suggest everyone don’t go there.

The worse company ever! Avoid at all costs, never felt so humiliated in my life,
I left a negative review on my last visit with Clyne, and today when I walked in he was holding a personal grudge for leaving a negative review on my last visit. I refused to speak with Clyne and asked for the manager.
The manager Ross Knight was so reluctant to speak with me privately, as soon as I went into his office he was abrupt, rude and intimidating, I have never felt so humiliated in my life, he kept saying I believe my staff without even being present during my last visit or properly hearing my side of the story, how is Jemca paying these staff members, how is Toyota UK letting this happen?
I am now frightened to pick my vehicle up when it is due to be ready today, just incase the manager or Clyne see this review before I pick it up.
So in a nutshell the service department in colindale Jemca hold grudges if you leave a negative review , my take on this is wouldn't you improve your service so you don’t get another negative review,
After today I would never ever use Jemca colindale ever again, I have no idea how Jemca pay there staff to have attitudes like this, imagine being frightened to pick your own vehicle up,
I have never been spoken to by a manager or a member of his staff in this way.
I will stick with Steven Eagell, the only reason I went to Jemca colindale service is cos it is my local branch
Stay away from this company at all cost, Jemca really need to see who they are hiring and how there staff are treating customers behind closed doors .

I would also like to mention one of the other managers I believe his name is Tony who I met on my last visit was very professional and knew how to conduct himself with customers, as well as the other lady I dealt with today whose name was Kim.

On the 20th January 2025 I accompanied a family member to purchase a vehicle that he was interested in buying. After a suitable test drive with Tommy, the purchase of a brand new Yaris Cross was made. Tommy's professional approach and impeccable customer service (and of course the figures being crunched by the back room team) made this deal happen. Car to be picked up first week of March and can only highly recommend this branch and Tommy's personal service. He is a credit to his organisation & profession for sure!

I recently bought a BZ4X Toyota which was on 30/09/2024 at Jemca Croydon. I was promised by Jemca that British Gas would be supplying and connecting the EV home charger for free of cost within a month which has not happened until now.

I have tried all avenues, contacting BG on several occasions, but they have been unable to resolve my issue as the installation has been given to a 3rd party to complete the job. When i contacted the 3rd party, i was told that they were unable to help due to shortage of staff. When i had my Toyota Rav4, I was using only £60 of petrol monthly. At present, i am using £ 45 pound weekly to charge my car. People say that you will save money by using an electric car; however, this experience has been negative. I contacted the Sale Manager at Jemca and i was given a phone number to contact Customer service someone called Lily, since i have sent her requested details, i have not heard from her. I would urge people not to rush and buy electric car until you Jemca makes it clear when the EV charger will be installed. It has been nearly 3 months and nothing has happened yet. I was given a date when on of the so-called engineer came from the 3rd party to install the EV Charger a month ago, but he failed to complete the job because his other colleague did not turn up. The service in the garage and showroom are excellent, but Jemca has given all his EV contract to British Gas who has failed to install an EV charger due to short of staff. I have all my bills to prove how much i have been spending to charge my BZ4X weekly and all the emails too.

I booked an appointment for service. The lady on the phone said if you leave the car morning early time surly would be ready end of working day. Around 3:00 the sms came up and inspector mentioned breaking pads need to change and his colleague will call me shortly. Around 4:30 no one called so far and they will close at 5:30 how they can manage to sort out my car???!!!?? Then I call and happy lady said your car is ready. When I attended to the shop to pick my car I noticed they did not change my car breaks pads! Why?she said We do not have parts but I did not believe her. I guess Friday late time they don’t have staff to do the jobs, so they start to laying to customer. Literally I am done with all Toyota shit, definitely my next car is not Toyota!

I ordered a new CHR from Jemca in July 2021. The Sales department were abysmal! When I eventually collected the car in November!!!, as there had been no communication from order to handover! I complained to their Regional Manager who promised me that I would be a VIP customer from now on and given £100 to spend in their Parts department. I agreed not to give them a poor CSI report, as I expected things to get better.
Fast forward three years and I can tell you that being a VIP customer was absolute nonsense. I never received any calls, letters, or emails inviting me to any events, no special 'VIP offers', in fact, nothing!
I have just received my new EV Renault Alpine Esprit from Watford Renault. I have no complaints at all!
What did they do differently? They kept in touch and updated me with the order progress! Not that difficult!
Jemca will never again feature in my choice of Dealerships again.
Put simply, avoid this Dealership, go to any other Toyota Dealership to save your time, effort and money. They do not care about customers!
