Sold me an approved used toyota

Sold me an approved used toyota. Salesman didnt have anything ready, car not even valeted (spider webs of wing mirrors) he was rude stating he had never sold a car of such low value before in a degrading way. The car has only travelled home and to my local toyota dealership in carlisle... who have found multiple issue thats should of been picked up before selling the car, adding to over £6000. Do not use this dealership of toyota approved cars. I had to push for all documentation which isnt right at all. Utterly disgusting

Great service

Cannot fault the place, all staff were polite and helpful, we were interested in a used car, Mahbub Hussain (Mabs) went over and beyond to help us achieve this, he was very understanding and listened to all our concerns. Helped me with all forms and to understand how the finance side of things work, On collection i noticed some marks on the car which he instantly arranged to rectify, nothing was to much trouble. This isn't the first time using Enfield branch and it wont be the last. Thanks Mabs / and staff great service.

Awful KIA staff....

I was told to take my KIA back to KIA showroom, which I did. I was shocked to be told that KIA don't take ANY return vehicles, and was told to go by very rude member of staff...I the tried BMW and Honda, to which I was told they are too full. However, my saviour came in the way of Toyota. There staff was helpful, genuinely nice and would take the car no problem. My love and respect to Toyota staff and thank you for your help and support. Truly amazing staff.

Despicable Service

We bought a Motability vehicle from this particular dealership, Motability instructed us to return the vehicle to the same dealership upon cancellation of the agreement. We went today and received disgraceful service from them. Not only did they refuse to take back a Motability vehicle from a disabled person but they were very rude and dismissive, especially the lady at reception; Em Hassan. The gentleman in the sales office; which was right next to us, refused to come out and speak to us and sent her back to tell us ‘they had no room’ and this lady then confronted us with despicable customer service because we were upset that we were being told to go around London to find a dealership that would take the vehicle. I will also be making a formal complaint to Motability, please avoid in all circumstances!

Went there for first service

Went there for first service, they are rude, have no customer service and do not care, everything is to much trouble for them
Told car was in bay 5 on arrival see car parked there as said, went inside after a long wait paid, went outside car not in bay 5 or anywhere in the car park, panic had car been stolen, went back inside to report this, service advisor came out with us to look for, found parked by the entrance to the service workshop in a very tight spot, no explanation or apology from service advisor, why was the car moved ?
Would never use this dealership for servicing ever again

BEWARE....YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND CHEATED

Not the sort of person to write a review but I really have to point out how bad Jemca Enfield is.

As a little background since 2018 I have purchased two brand new cars from this garage and my son has had three new cars form them, this is because Toyota is an amazing product. What I am about to say has no negative reflection on the brand but is directed at the lying and unprofessional staff at Jemca Enfield.

Each year I have no choice but to use Jemca Enfield for servicing and the experience is always exceptionally bad and equivalent to pulling teeth. I have just had my service done and its just getting worse there.

1. They provide a complimentary wash after servicing but when I went to pick up my car the wash was not done. I pointed this out to the member staff serving me who went to get her manager.

I did not take the managers name but he was a very small man with a very large ego, I even took him out to my car to show him it had not been washed and demonstrated this by running my finger over to body work.

This small individual then went on to tell me that the complimentary was was just a wipe over. However it was clear that my car had not been touched in any way shape or form (a blind man in a dark room at midnight could see this)

He actually insisted that the car had been washed and I just stood there in disbelief listening to him lie through his teeth, It really was a out of body experience listening to this small man who gave me the impression that he has never had a formal education, I just had to give up speaking to him because it was a foolish exercise at which point he walking away mumbling what sounded like insults

2. I then went to pay my invoice only to find that they try to overcharge me by £30.00 versus the agreed price which resulted in me getting extremely agitated

I have had to tolerate their rudeness every year since 2018 and and am now at the point where this recent experience is the straw that has broken the camels back....... I HAVE TRULY HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THE LIES AND ATTEMPS TO CHEAT ME PLUS THEIR "SCREW YOU" CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Fortunately I have found a independent garage which specialises in the Toyota band will service my car using Toyota parts in line with Toyota T&Cs so a warranty is not affected.

My message to you is avoid Jemca Enfield at all costs the attitude is a complete disgrace especially considering the high cost they charge for servicing which rises significantly above inflation each year.....you are the customer who keeps them in business

Dropped of my Rav4 for 2 recall issues…

Dropped of my Rav4 for 2 recall issues at 8:30am as arranged the week before. By 2:30pm I noticed that the car had not moved (car app tells me if doors/bonnet open) Called for an update and even though they had the car for 6 hours they still hadn't touched it. Only after calling did they move the car into the garage but then told me the car would not be ready until after 5pm even though I told them I needed it before 4pm so I picked it back up and left. My dashcam showed that they drove it into the workshop and then drove it back out 1 minute later. What is the point of booking an appointment if they are not going to work on it at that time? Also, they left the car for pick up in their (publicly accessible car park) unlocked, with all my stuff in it.
I did laugh to myself when I called to say I was picking up the car and the rep said "do you want to rebook it?" What would be the point of that as it clearly didn't work that time did it?

Unsatisfactory customer service

Purchased a second hand Toyota. The salesman said this is the most reliable vehicle. Upon the day of purchase and collection we arrived to find that no service or anything was carried out until we arrived and then they done the so called service (if it was even done). There were some imperfections on the vehicle which I would have assumed would have been corrected. But no wasn’t done and there were a few other things I noticed but didn’t notice previously but they were informed on the day of purchase but they were adamant that they wouldn’t correct the damages that were noticeable. However, we decided to purchase and take the vehicle as my wife liked the vehicle. We then noticed a clunking sound from the near side front door. We took it back and they fixed it under the warranty. One day without a vehicle wasn’t good. Other minor things were noticed like windscreen wipers were worn and we replaced no problem. Later on messages lite up on the dash board informing us of numerous faults. The service person says it was due to the cold weather being -5 ish throughout the week in November 2025. The vehicle drives normally and operated okay but why the messages and why hasn’t Toyota resolved this issue. It’s a manufacturer fault on the vehicle and thus should be corrected at the cost of the manufacturer and not the customers. Jemca wanted to charge me for this incidental repair that was the fault of the manufacturer and not the uninformed customer who unawarely purchased a so called reliable vehicle from a trusted dealer. Why don’t they put there hands up and provide a satisfactory service to resolve these issues without having to delay or charge the customer as these are no fault issues the manufacturer should be solving and paying the service charges. I wish I stayed with VW now.

I was looking to purchase a new car and…

I was looking to purchase a new car and I was very disheartened by many car dealers and nearly gave up until I walked into Jemcaenfield Toyota and met Tolunay and Milton . I had no appointment and they were very professional and with no pressure they helped me find a car and were very clear on the advice of the car that suited me and my needs to finance. I would strongly recommend Jemcaenfield Toyota Tolunay and Milton for me are the absolute top of their game.

Unprofessional and lazy (as well as rude!)

They are unprofessional and lazy. All the staff there are rude and unhelpful. Their service centre has become a money making, factory conveyor belt. They have stopped caring about customers and are just focused on making money. I booked a service and called up twice to make sure a courtesy car would be available - I was told definitely yes. When I arrived on the day of the service there was no courtesy car. They knew this the previous day. They could have called me the previous day to tell me, so I had a choice as to whether to rearrange the service or not, but were too lazy, unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate to do this. They just wanted the money from the service. So they wasted my time and money. I cancelled the service and will never go back there ever again. I will be handing in my Toyota when the finance is over. A great way to treat a customer who bought 3 brand new cars from them! Better to go to another Toyota branch or better car brand.

Very Unhappy

If I could I would not even give them the 1*. They are money grabbers and the sales man I was dealing with was a lying con artist. He took a deposit from me for a car which we later found out was sold. He was patronising and condescending on the phone. We eventually got our deposit back. Would not recommend this dealership.

Search for competitive quotes then ask…

Search for competitive quotes then ask to better them. Worth checking basic like coolant as it was wasn't full during previous servicing .

They do not have enough courtesy cars either when car is for servicing. Difficult to get automatic for courtesy car.

About 50% more expensive for repairs than reputed service centres
