A very professional, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. I am on a service plan and receive regular reminders when my service and MOT is due, with online check in, wonderful assistance at reception regularly updating me on status and customer service is second to none. Car returned cleaned and drives beautifully smooth. My family has now been with them for over 25 years. I would highly recommend Jemca.

Hello. I met with the crew today. I met with Anthony , Hayley and some other lovely amazing people. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with lovely kind people. They explained everything thoroughly and Anthony was amazing. He really helped me , my son and my mum feel more at ease and not worried alot. Anthony made sure he ran around and explained everything. He is amazing. Without him today , I don't think I could have got through it. My mum and son felt assured aswell. Very happy with the service. 😊
Jemca Edgware excellent service
My Toyota Corolla Hybrid was called in for 'data communication module reprogramming' last month and I took it to Jemca at Edgware. I thought the customer service was excellent - from being seen in the morning, through video update on car to communication throughout the day as to when it would be ready. In addition, it got a wash and clean too. Having been to several other dealers/franchises in the south-east over the years, I was impressed.

Extremely appaling experience with Toyota Jemca Sidcup. On 28th of June 2022 I booked Toyota highlander and deposited 1000 pounds as requested. The car was supposed to be delivered in a years time. In April 2023 I changed my mind and called them to cancel my order and refund me deposit money. Since then made several calls, wrote emails with evidence of deposit and last spoken with them on 19th of June ..when they promised money will be in my account in next 5 working days which never happened. I found them extremely dishonest and untrustworthy . I am launching a complaint against them

I made a complaint roughly three weeks ago at toyota edgeware and it's taken them this long to get back to me. They don't have any consideration especially when your a carer for an elderly person. I wouldn't get a car from them again their customer service is not good at all.

Today I tested Toyota C-HR HYBRID for notability purchase.
I made an appointment and arrd arrived before my appointment.
The reception wasn't a attended
I waited for at least twelve minutes before I was asked for my needs (I wasn't impressed). Whilst I waited, I was insulted by the Jemca employees as they remarked about me.
When the car was brought around, I was effectively left alone.
I wasn't shown anything. I wasn't able to operate the speed limiter, and cruise control . I was not impressed by sales service provision.
I eventually found how to operate the limiterand cruise control, and found more technology (auto brack and acceleration. I thought the car to be comfortable but and smart, but felt opressed by employees ,
When I returned the car, I waited for at least five minutes.
Impossibility of buying Toyota parts
Trying to buy new rear light cover for Yaris. Dealer won't take credit card payment, only in person payment, before ordering, so 2 trips needed.
Toyota UK no help, don't sell parts and sent me to ebay.
Appalling attitude from both companies - really couldn't care less.

Received delivery of a new Aygo X by Jemca Enfield rep Costin. He was fantastic, he explained all about the car internally and externally. Very pleasant man and knowledgable.
Also Serena who arranged delivery was really lovely and polite.

I feel that Jemca Edgware Road are not…
I feel that Jemca Edgware Road are not offering the quality of service that might even be considered adequate. They make it feel like once you’ve purchased their obligation is fulfilled and have a very cavalier attitude towards their customers.
After test driving and speaking to one of their sales persons, Melvyn Weekes, I agreed to purchase a Used Dealer Approved Toyota RAV4 Hybrid on a 68plate. He completed the paperwork on Monday and I was told the car was to be ‘prepared’ before I can take it home 3 days later on Thursday evening. I paid for the car as per his request and asked him to keep me informed on the timeline for the collection of the car. He didn't reply to emails or phone calls till a few days later.
On the collection day, I called to make sure and was told that he wasn’t working that day but one of his colleagues will be there to do the handover of the vehicle. On arriving for collection, the car was not fully ‘prepared’, the service history and the MOT records were not present and the interior detailing not done satisfactorily to car dealer standard. His colleague told me that he has spoken to his ‘manager’ and that I should come back tomorrow (Friday) to collect the car. I was told that somebody will call me. On Friday another colleague of his, Kaviyan called to say the car is ready for collection. It took another 3 hours for final delivery of the car with the jack spanner missing. (I had to pay for the spanner on Kaviyan’s insistence and am still waiting for a refund)
I had to call and email on multiple times and each time I called or emailed on the status of the various pending documentation and refund, I was told Melvyn would call me back (they gave me so many excuses; he was with a client, he was in a meeting, he wasn’t working that day… just to name a few...) sometime he would response.
Do NOT use this dealership! They are dishonest, unreliable and have very poor customer service….
Poor administration and follow up services
I have phoned Jemca 4 times today to endeavour to book my car in for a service and to have some repair work done. I was informed in August this was not a problem, but it now appears this is a problem, people promise to phone back but do not, the phone goes dead within 5 minutes. What disappointing and poor service levels you have - suggest people buy a car elsewhere

Dreadful experience this morning
Dreadful experience this morning. Invited in for a product recall to correct a fault with an airbag, waited for half an hour, then told that Jemca did not have the part required. Wasted half my morning - and will now have to book another appointment. And all this because the product was faulty! Huge waste of time and energy.

I am utterly disappointed today, I took my car for service at Kingsmead Toyota and my phone got stolen whilst I was in the ladies room and they did say that they have cameras however they still can't find my phone. I would not recommend Toyota to the people close to me because the same phone that got stolen is the same phone that needs to approve the service to be started. I literally spent the whole day waiting for the service. They still haven't found my phone

I had fantastic service from a salesman at Toyota Platinum Bath.
His name Kabir Letherbridge, he really was brilliant, he was very honest, patient and gave good advice a very pleasant person as well.
With his help I bought the right car and would recommend anyone to ask for him in person at Toyota Bath.

Around the 13th - 15th June 2022, I drove a friend looking for her 1st Mobility car lease-purchase. I suggested we try Jemca Lexus & Toyota in Croydon. Thinking we would get a top-quality customer service and help.
Much to my shock…
Firstly I drove up-to the “only blue badge space” we could see, then I was approached by a pleasant young lady asking, if I could park somewhere else? As her colleagues were hand washing cars a few spaces away 😳 when I pointed to the blue badge sign on the wall, she went oh ok.
Before we could get out the car, she asked can I help you 😳😳 I replied, can I get out the car first 🙈 …
Went in to Lexus showroom and was guided across the car park to their Toyota dealership.
We asked to see a mobility expert/ salesman, we were asked to sit and we were shortly approached by a youngish pleasant salesman.
• Who seemed to think we were his friends?
• He seemed more interested in what I was driving 🙈 this made me a little annoyed!
When I said we are new to this, can you help us and show us what cars are available on mobility for my friend!
He walked us out to see 2/3 cars parked side by side. The car we were interested in was there C-HR hybrid. My friend sat inside & no explanation or guidance was provided to her? In other words, see if you like it? If not? Who cares!!!
Then we went inside the showroom, he told us if we wanted a test drive, to go and think about it? and make an appointment to come back? Shocked!!!
Then I kindly requested any printouts of details to read up (for my friends 1st Mobility purchase, as she was willing to pay upto £5K deposit) The sales told us, to go look it up, on the internet 😳😳😳
He never asked for our number to follow up?
This left us thinking after we left? Why are these pointless people, employed here for?
We left with a bitter taste in our mouth and minds!
Absolutely useless and dreadful service from a major “Lexus and Toyota” dealership!!!
To this day, I’m still so angry about the quality of service at both your dealerships!!!
I would never purchase from these dealerships.
