Pedido que a día de hoy no he recibido,a pesar de que en el seguimiento pone que está entregado.
He escrito 2 mensajes para reclamar y nadie contesta.
Un completo horror, nunca me había pasado.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order & was given a tracking number that belonged to someone else's package. Jeffpuzzle suggested that I contact random post offices in that area to try to hunt down my package, which seems ridiculous as I paid a shipping fee to have MY package delivered to MY address. Very disappointed as I am now in the process of trying to get a refund from Jeffpuzzle, but based on previous reviews I have read, I guess that'll never happen either. What a joke.

Received puzzle however it has missing bits. Emailed them multiple times and received the same reply over and over again.
Doesn't seen that anyone understands my problem.
Absolute scam! Stay away!

I Like the product, very different from normal.

Pagué el envío más caro, se supone para que me llegara en 2 o 3 días laborables y tardó 5 días en llegar el pedido.
Si no puedes cumplir con lo que te comprometes, no lo hagas y mucho menos cobres por ello.

Horrible product and even worse customer service. They do not stand behind their product.

I purchased several puzzles (over $100) in December 2022 for gifting and personal use and immediately received 6 requests (annoying) for me to review company and puzzles so here goes.

I completed the first puzzle which I paid $23 in Jan 2023, but it had 3 broken and missing pieces. I immediately contacted seller with pictures and I was offered a whopping $5 credit toward future purchases, but I would be responsible for shipping costs. I told them not acceptable, I wanted my money back or the puzzle to be replaced . They responded and offered me a $10 credit but I would still need to pay shipping. I told them to keep their worthless $10 credit .
I purchase a puzzle that was broken, poor quality and NOT gift able, when It should last a lifetime.

I do not recommend doing business with this company .

Worst customer service I've ever experienced..DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY you have been warned....

La experiencia hasta ahora es negativa porque todavía no lo he recibido, hice el pedido a finales de diciembre, si bien me van mandando mensajes para el seguimiento del paquete y parece que ya está en España, cuando lo reciba volveré a comentarlo.

We paid for a puzzle on 11/22/22 - said 7-10 days delivery. Today is 1/19/2023 and it has not arrived, so we are contacting our credit card company for refund as this company has not honored and returned our money.

È arrivato il terzo Puzzle e sono molto contento, ho acquistato il Puzzle del Gatto astratto ed è bellissimo, colori vividi e stampa perfetta e oltretutto è arrivato in anticipo, quindi un pochino prima degli altri due.
Il puzzle arriva sempre dentro al sacchettino viola in velluto, consiglio di fare fede all'immagine del puzzle dal sito, per avere un punto di riferimento per divertirsi a comporlo, io ho fatto lo screenshot dal cellulare dell'immagine e ho seguito da lì per aiutarmi :) molto utile perché dal cellulare si fa lo zoom per i dettagli :)
I pezzetti di legno sono stati tagliati perfettamente, ho trovato solamente un pezzetto di legno "rotto" ma solo perché era veramente delicato il tassello in questione per la forma a curvetta che aveva, ma si riesce ad aggiustare semplicemente il pezzetto con un po' di colla Attack senza alcun problema e tutto è perfetto, davvero, infatti sono molto soddisfatto del puzzle terminato! Meraviglioso!
Ora ho 3 puzzle fatti e devo incornicarli per appenderli, personalmente consiglio, di acquistare una pellicola adesiva da attaccare dietro al puzzle finito (io ne ho acquistata un rotolo su Amazon, al costo irrisorio di 3€ e ne ho 5metri o forse di più), in modo da tenere perfettamente tutti i pezzetti ben messi e facilmente incorniciabile, anzi volendo potete addirittura appendere il puzzle solamente con la pellicola adesiva perché rimane tutto attaccato in modo perfetto!
Non vedo l'ora di attaccarli a muro come quadretti, perché mi piacciono tantissimo!

Beh questa è stata la mia esperienza con tre puzzle grandi e sono stato sincero nella descrizione in modo tale da essere utile per altre persone interessate :)
Quindi spero che la mia recensione vi possa servire al meglio.

I like puzzles that I ordered, they are bright and amazing. It is a bit difficult to start combining the parts because they are small and the picture of the puzzle is also too small to see from where to start.The problem that I see is that you send the puzzle in a material bag. The parts of puzzle is too gentle so they break easy( that is what happen to me). In your ad the puzzle was in a box. This is the best solution for the gentle parts and also it will be more presentable if someone whats to give a gift.

Où en est la livraison de ma commande? Je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Cela fait un mois que j'attends des nouvelles de mon colis
