Puzzles sympa mais fragiles , arrivés avec des petits bouts cassés et erreur dans la commande sur un puzzle mais le service client m’a renvoyé le bon.

Horrible never got my shipment it got shipped to the wrong place and i cound t get my refund

I have not received the puzzle I bought on December 16th.

The puzzles itself are awesome. My mom loved it....said it's kind of hard to solve.....I told her that is good so you don't solve it in the first seating....

The only complain I got is that when I got it, for my surprise, there was no wooden box for it....It was on a silk kind of bag.....pretty bag though, but I would've love to have a box.....like on the ads....

You keep sending a request for evaluation and I'll keep giving it. The two puzzles ordered for a special Christmas present came AFTER Christmas and were nothing like I thought they would be. Small package, had no idea that they were the puzzles. Paid $40 total for them when that much could have bought several puzzles, maybe 4, of normal and good quality. Not happy with the order, will not order again.

Scam!
Ordered 2 puzzles on Dec 14. Never got them and in tracking them down their application show them as delivered.
My address and info is correct and the funds they collected were real but never got the product although they claim it was already delivered.

I ordered two puzzles somewhat reluctantly after reading other users' reviews. Despite everything, the package arrived in good condition after two weeks, as I expected knowing that it came from China.
It was a gift and the recipients where delighted. The pieces fit perfectly and they all look different, unlike traditional puzzles. In addition, the design is original and beautiful.
In summary, I am satisfied with the purchase. I may repeat with some other model.

My prefer tracking shows my puzzle went somewhere in Washington state. I live I TX , which the delivery address on the order showed. No response from customer service. Ericpuzzle is the same company. Total scam from China, not the US address they use.

Package never arrived. I live in Colorado and asked for tracking. They claimed it was delivered. It was. To San Diego, CA. Not to Colorado. Terrible company. Don't waste your money.

Wow are these puzzles great. I bought the lion and bumble bee in size med about 110 small pieces. Colourful and sturdy pieces with unusual shapes. That's what drew me to them. Gave to my daughter who is a puzzle pro. She loved them. Quick to do, giving a break from the long 1000 pieces she generally does. She wants to frame them for display.
Very impressed with puzzles. Came in a beautiful cloth bag and was a pretty quick delivery.

Le puzzle est très jolie, livraison un peu longue mais bien arrivé. C’est livré dans des sacs en velours et pas dans des boîtes en bois comme présenté sur le site où les pubs. L’emballage est pour moi trop juste , pas cassé mais j’ai eu de la chance je pense . Sinon il sont vraiment très jolie et beaucoup de plaisir à les faire, très reposant. Par contre j’ai prise la première taille et ils ont vraiment petit . Mais je suis contente de mes puzzle . Ils m’apportent beaucoup de plaisir .

Do not buy! Like many others, I ordered this for Christmas gifts, and it never arrived. The tracking showed that it arrived in another city and when I emailed them, they said they'd open an investigation. After that, no responses or updates to my emails. Horrible!

The puzzles that I bought you were to give away and they have been delighted with them. They are beautiful!!!

Ordered December 18, hasn’t been shipped yet? Sent an email, but no response. If I don’t hear from them in a few days I will get my refund through PayPal.

Ordered as a Christmas gift and did not arrive. Package has now been delivered to a location NOT where I ordered it. Customer support suggested I check the post office, even though it was delivered several hours away from me. Horrible company, likely fraudulent based on other reviews. Don’t order anything from here, total scam.

I didn’t received nothing and when I check the tracking, it shows was done(delivered). Is sad because was supposed to have a happy and good moments with this company and now I don’t have the puzzle, I don’t have my money back and even an answer from my email.

I was hoping yo give it away for Christmas but i do not know anything about it although the price was less than 9€ and they charged double that amount on my card

J'avais peur d'une arnaque mais bon j'ai bien reçu mon colis. Basé en Chine donc prévoir au moins 15 jours pour la livraison en France. Jolie puzzle et casse tête a souhait avec chaque pièce unique, solide . Seul déception livré dans un pochon en velours alors que sur le site présenté dans une joli boite, j'aurais préféré car c'était pour un cadeau.

Total scam, Never received the parcel! They say it has been delivered, but it never arrives

I ordered like eight puzzles. My name is Ryan Jones. Order the blueish purple octopus. And I don’t know what you guys sent in that bag but it definitely wasn’t an octopus it has bright yellow right green versus blue or flowers and stuff. I would like to get it corrected if possible because That was in one of the main puzzles I needed
