I like all the features/ facilities the gym offers and for the price I’m loving the features even more as everyone is friendly there too

Non professional behaviour of PT
The PT in gym last Friday evening at around 7:30pm was extremely rude. I wasn't able to exit from the gym so I rang the bell. No one came out to the reception. I kept ringing and waiting for 15mins. Then I rang the Wigan gy. Number. To my surprise, the PT received the call and when I asked him to come to the front desk to help me, without replying, he just disconnected the call. I waited for 10mins and then started searching for the PT myself, when I spotted him flirting with a member at treadmill. I asked him if he is the PT for that time and he seemed quite disappointed at my interruption and asked what I want. This behaviour was extremely inappropriate and I have never faced this. I am new to this gym but I am regular gym goes for quite few years. I don't think I will continue in this gym anymore after my experience on first day!

Good but disgusting
The facility as a whole is tremendous, the frequency and amount of classes is great however the shower area smells like something from the Victorian age. I understand it’s a lot of people and men are disgusting but the stench needs to be addressed in a serious way

Very welcoming
Very welcoming, and informative when I called in to look around, and answered all my questions. As a result, I signed up and joined there and then.
I have also signed up with a PT who is helping me with the rehabilitation of my knee and shoulder injuries.

Hello! Thanks for leaving us some feedback, we appreciate it.
We are a 24-hour gym in Wigan, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed t for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.

24/7, good range of equipment
I've only been a few time since joining. But I like that's it's 24/7, I dislike the feeling of being restricted to certain times.
I like the range of equipment, and what I have noticed it's in a logical order. I haven't been to any classes yet, but seems to have a good variety.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff. Im started this month go to the Gym. But unfortunately my doctor not recommended for me after my leg operation. Im stopped my membership status but I'm highly recommended everyone.
