Gym is really well equipment , well maintained. Never have to wait for any equipment however my times at the gym is between 9am - 11:45am as work starts at 12 ;) the only downside i would say no cold... Se mer

Bath room and hand wash
The bath room and toilet would close at 10 pm and this is so inconvenient for me as I am used to going GYM at night. Also, because of the time limit, this makes the men to do the bath before 10 pm and it was very crowded and smelly at the bath room at around 9 pm. If the bath room operates for 24 hours a day, then we don't need to go to bath at the same time.
Moreover, the hand wash at the exit shows a expiry date of 2022 and it is already 2024, meaning that the hand wash expired for 2 years and this is really awful...

Thanks for replying my comment. I understand there is an assessible changing room which opens 24 hours a day. However, this poor single room needs to serve all the GYM users when the regular changing room is closed after 10pm everyday. I usually need to wait for a while when I want to use it because there is usually another person using it.
Also, can you help to change the hand wash at the exit regularly as it shows a expiry date in 2022, which is 2 years ago...

We are a 24-hour gym in Washington, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed t for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.

qr codes not working
qr codes not working could not get in or get out, The changing rooms were locked so we could not get in to get changed, not a good first experience coupled with the app missing some key features other gyms have simple gym stats like how many members are scanned in.

Oh no! We're really sorry that you were unable to gain access to the gym on this occasion, but please don't let that be your last visit...
Our gyms have barriers at the entrance which you can open using our contactless entry app. If you are unable to gain entry for whatever reason, there is a green button near the gates. Press that and it alerts a member of staff to your presence. Someone will come over to help.

Very good place and good people
Very good place and good people. Very fairly priced for what equipment they have the go to gym for me.
Staff are spot on and 24 hours opening so no more excuses.

Head and shoulders above other 24hour gyms
For a very affordable gym it has fantastic machines, atmosphere and music to keep you motivated with (what I have experienced) zero id***s totally unlike PureGym where I left to rejoin JD .. even more ideal that it’s 24hours so can go after night shift. And little perk of having discounts always helps

Best gym I've been to... Very nice equipment and top staff!
Very nice equipment.
Gym etiquette won't go a miss but I totally understand that people are in a rush and have busy lifestyles.
Very warm and welcoming staff especially the duty manager Alex. He should definitely be running JD Gyms from the top level.

Well I have returned to jd gym and found its had a revamp.. the gym is always clean and tidy plenty of machines, staff are friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere.. liking it 👌 so far, nice too see plenty of old faces from last time I was here which is a good thing 🏋️♂️ 💪 😀 well done jd ur keeping ur customers....

Excellent Gym
Excellent modern gym. Spoilt for choice with all the machines. Perfect for me as I start work at 5am and it’s open 24hrs. Play some great music as well. Only downside is that the changing rooms are closed through the night.
