JD Gyms - Swansea Omdömen 

I have found that the gym has all the best equipment and great for all workouts and really good conditions to workout in

Tom is a constant in swansea Parc tawe gym. Always on time, set up and raring to go !! Love his enthusiasm, wit, support, knowledge and drive. A pillar in this gym !!!!

I really enjoyed my first visit, felt comfortable in female only gym and the main gym. Lots of equipment to use.

I’ve been going to JD Parc Tawe for a few years now and I have always felt comfortable in the space and extremely welcomed by the staff. Particularly Martyn and Adam, who always go out of their way to offer help or advice, and are a friendly face when you enter the gym.
Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone starting out!

I have been in this gym since the gym opened. Although the staff has changed over the years, one thing has remained the same and that’s their attentiveness to the public users particularly the new GM (unsure her name), Martyn, Adam and all the staff. However, sometimes in the afternoon there are people who lift particularly heavy. We need more weights for all of us to use.

Adam is an Exceptional PT, he is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he will always give me advice as and when I need it, I would strongly recommend all new Gym users to approach Adam.

Good equipment and atmosphere.
Some very experienced staff on muscle gaın weight loss and nutrition - like Adam. You know ur in experienced hands when the trainer himself trains and has results.

Martyn is always such a friendly face to see in the gym, such a great gym to go to!

Adam Rhys Davies is an excellent personal trainer and highly recommended. Quality gym with lots of machines and equipment to chose from.

Great gym, brilliant it’s open 24 hours and lots of choice of equipment, find the staff helpful, had some problems with my code and Jessica was extremely helpful and got it sorted straight away

i phoned to book in with this gym and the lady i spoke to Jessica was so helpful and very polite.
upon arriving Jessica was brilliant couldn't do enough for me I felt I have picked the right place to go from now on

Martyn is a legend, the gym wouldn’t function without him.

I’ve been to the majority of gyms in and around Swansea. In my opinion, JD is the most well equipped, especially for strength training. The added benefit of being able to visit any JD really suits my needs also. The staff there are great, always happy and talkative - a pleasure to chat to during my workouts. Martyn is a particular standout - really friendly and approachable. Has offered advice on my form and getting the best out of my routines just in a whim as he’s going about his work. Above and beyond. I really enjoy JD and thought it about time I gave a review!

Been my home for about 2 years now, my mate Martyn is a 5 star bloke and can always find a spotter easy if you need one from one of the pts 👍💪
