JD Gyms - Cumbernauld Omdömen 

Couldn't believe the size of the gym and so much equipment to use. While on treadmill enjoy watching others using machines as its a learning process.

My first day at a new gym and no one has came near me, even to say hello or offer me some advice or help.

I just feel comfortable in the gym and there’s no pressure so really enjoying it

Clean gym friendly staff good equipment happy to have joined

I am currently give you a one star just due to the overcrowding, I have been attending this gym for years and since December the amount of children that have joined is ridiculous . I dont have a problem of them joining but yous guys need to get a grips on a time frame that they are allowed in , perhaps a 5 o'clock cut off as that's when we all finish work , also alot of stuff has went missing or getting took to parts of the gym where it shouldn't be, and alot of these younger ones do not look the age to be there , maybe some sort of ID check. I am not just the only one they are lots of people moaning regarding this issue, it would be a 5 stars but at the moment it's one sorry guys ..

All the exercise machine are of top quality and plenty to go round for everyone

The staff were very helpful,However your Jym is absolutelty freezing and a lady told us not to drink the water out the well.

Was at the spin class and the class teacher explained the exercise class well. She was very welcoming and friendly.

This was my first time in the gym and all the staff were very welcoming and comforting as i was quite nervous! it is a very safe environment!

Very spacious

First time at a JD gym was easy to find everything that I needed. I like that they have a 'ladies gym' so you almost feel like you have your own private area to work out and it has everything I need.

Love the gym equipment but it’s usually freezing(I know a gym should be cooler) but I could see my breath it was so cold i couldn’t exercise because my lungs were so cold, lastly the toilets are so disgusting, the smell is worse than a pub, two small things to fix for a perfect gym experience

There is an abundance of weight lifting equipment which is of great quality however, the cardio equipment is terrible quality and that is putting it mildly!. I understand this is a budget gym but, pure gym and gym group are superior. Treadmills are narrow and as basic as they come, cross trainers again are basic. Spin bikes have a lever for resistance which is easy to hit and the screen doesn’t stay on meaning it is difficult to monitor your RPM (maybe the bike I used but not good feel or look) I am now cancelling my membership after a week

a really inclusive gym and laid out perfectly i love the added extra of the ladies only gym makes it so much better to work out in and great staff.

Amazing gym at a really affordable price. Great selection of equipment, plenty of benches, weights and machines. For me, the option to use any of the gyms in the UK is a really nice bonus. Clean and tidy and staff are helpful.

Big gym so equipment always available

Gym equipment is ok. Most of it is in good condition, but a few of the handles the rubber twists, making it difficult to use lifting heavy. I've complained but I get ignored.

They gym would be great if the staff paid more attention to all members and not just the ones they fancy.

It took me 25min pressing the wall button "for attention" to get in to join. I actually had to set the alarm off on the disability gate for a staff member to approach me, even then, he dealt with the girl who just walked up beside me who's QR code was not working.

Once he spoke to me, "I said I'd like to join" he walked me over to a tablet on the wall and said, there you go you can sign up here and walked away. No info, no gym tour, no explanation of classes, nothing. He walked away and started chatting to a girl on a machine. And no he wasn't coaching her he was talking about a night out or something. Half hour leaning on a machine.

The staff are useless in the Cumbernauld gym, nowhere to be seen and take no notice of issued with machines.
