It's a spacious gym with plenty of equipment BUT repairs could be better. Several machines downstairs are ripped and have been for several weeks. They have four stairmasters upstairs but only two are working and this has been the case for over 2 months. I spoke to a member of staff three weeks ago to ask what's being done about it and he seemed oblivious to the fact that they are broken. He told me he would pass a message on to management but clearly nothing has come from that. It's very annoying particularly during busy times. Free weights are often left scattered about on the floor, when I come in early in the morning there is a lot of clutter from the night before.

We understand how frustrating it can be when popular equipment are unavailable, especially during busier periods. Our teams do carry out regular maintenance checks and work with our equipment providers to resolve issues as quickly as possible, and we'll ensure your feedback is passed on to the team for review.
We also appreciate your comments regarding weights being left out and clutter in the gym. Members are asked to return equipment after use, and we'll ensure your feedback regarding housekeeping standards is shared with the team.

Great equipment & classes
This is a fantastic gym with loads of equipment and a friendly atmosphere. The facilities have been really clean lately and the new management seems to be improving the standards. Great variety of free classes too

Dirty and run down
Machines either broken, switched off or falling in a dire state of repair.
Floor areas not cleaned regularly.
Free weights regularly not in proper locations.
Ropes frayed or broken/lost clips.
Moved entrance allowance to 1 a day.

Regarding access, the app does allow one QR entry per day, but if you need to come back in, please press the green buzzer at the entrance and a member of the team can assist you. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

It’s a nice environment. The gym has a variety of plated machines as well as cable machines. Would recommend.
