A great tool with speedy delivery at a more than reasonable price.

Delivery was quick. Chop saw was already set up and ready to use.

This is first time I bought something from JCB, it has been one of worst experiences I ever had in my life, from receiving till return it’s absolutely terrible service.

I bought Angle Grinder from JCB I received after 5 days then as soon as I opened the box it shown sign of uses or marks on it, it looked it has been a returned item an obviously dirty marks and on and off button stuck.

I thought it’s supposed to be new may be takes time to settle but it was impossible to operate with one bear hand to turn or off button.

I took pictures and sent it to JCB within 10 mins after delivery, they got back to me saying send us videos as well. So I did. Then they said we have forwarded you concerned to relevant team. I did hear from them for 3 days then I called them they said someone will contact you about this, then I had wait another 3 days they sent email we have raised your complaint and another team will in touch with you for replacement, I replied to them it’s already couple of weeks now and I am still waiting it’s this to be replaced, I rather have full refund.

I am an Electrician and JCB wasted my time, I should have bought from other suppliers.

I am still waiting as 01 June 2026 this Angle Grinder to be collected and get refund, while I bought it 3 weeks ago.I hope it happens before 2026 finishes.

JCB is just a waste of time, extremely unnecessary prolonged process of from buying to return.

I would recommend to go Screwfix, Toolstation, B&Q or other stores, you can’t go wrong with that.

I can’t give ZEROooO Star otherwise I would.

Strong and durable good for gravel

I had a good look round at the competition out there and decided on the stand from your self's look far stronger,

It us so simple to use it suits my needs perfectly , I will try and buy some more arm's to fit my piller drill ,and just make life easier, thanks great product

JCB tools are amazing. They are so strong and robust. We bought one spade liked it so much bought another. Quality is superb and delivery so quick.

Came on time. Absolute beast of a jack. Needed it to press out a heavy ball joint on a coach and it did it with ease.

I purchased a JCB wood chipper expecting the level of quality normally associated with the JCB name. Unfortunately, the machine arrived damaged, with marks to the feed chute, damage to the fuel tank area, and issues with a wheel component straight out of the box.
Despite taking the time to fully assemble the machine, test it by running material through it to ensure functionality, photograph the issues, and contact customer services, the resolution offered was a £10 compensation payment.
For a heavy-duty machine costing this level of money, I found both the condition it arrived in and the response from customer services extremely disappointing. I would have expected much better quality control and a more reasonable resolution from a brand such as JCB.
Sadly, this experience has left me with little confidence in the product or customer support, and I will now be looking elsewhere.

Late delivery even mentioned on the website next day delivery. Posted by 2 - 3 days service...
Impossible to get correct details on the invoice, even correct details were mentioned at the very beginning. Poor service.

This is the third angle grinder I have purchased to my collection, I have had good service, strong enough for the tough Jobs

Purchased a 3 tonne trolley jack. Excellent quality and fast delivery

The product I purchased was a car jack which cost me over £200 when it arrived it look as if it has been used because of the condition it came in it came damaged with scuffs and marks also had paint coming off and the packaging was also damaged the product was not dealt with care

but useless instructions especially how to change blade-never mentioned its a reverse bolt!
also bore different to last saw so I have a useless blade

I was very happy with my saw stand .
The stand is extremely well made and fits my large Dewalt saw.
Ordering was easy and delivered in 2 days of ordering.
I will be looking at your other tools

I have had this machine a while now and it is still really good so i will give 5 stars

As a JCB employee I tried to use the discount code from the JCB staff intranet. Which I have done before. On this occasion the website would not accept it. I tried customer services via the chat service and the operator states that the store is not ran by JCB so was unable assist, and even after I offered to send proof of JCB employment, wouldn't honour the discount advertised, I also showed proof of the code in the staff website.
